I liked the product itself, it does the job well, but the site felt a bit sketchy to me. When I tried to buy, the VAT relief option was basically dead, the button wouldnt click at all. I checked the page and it looked like the input was disabled, which is pretty annoying. I expected the payment step to fix it, but nope, it just went straight through and charged me. I’ve already sent an email asking Resmed about a refund for the tax, so now I’m just waiting and hoping they sort it out.

I got a recommendation for an in-network therapist from my insurance. Double-checked everything, even through Headway, to make sure all was good. Fast forward a year, and suddenly I'm hit with charges—$80, seven times! Turns out, they weren’t in-network after all. Headway just shrugged it off, saying these things happen sometimes. Seriously? I’m just glad I stopped seeing her. My insurance company was useless, too, claiming they rely on Headway for such info. It's ridiculous and feels like a clear violation of the no surprise act. Avoid this mess if you can!
