Ich habe am 9.9.26 Gummies bestellt und es hieß, sie kommen in 4 Tagen. Heute ist der 18. und mein Paket ist immer noch nicht da. Es hing tagelang in Miami fest, erst nachdem ich nachgehakt und sogar mit dem Better Business Bureau gedroht hab, ging es weiter. Ich dachte, heute kommt es endlich, aber dann stand plötzlich morgen als Lieferdatum da. Das hat sich in weniger als 24 Stunden geändert, obwohl das Paket wohl immer noch am selben Ort ist wie gestern. Der Kundenservice wirkt enttäuschend, und die Gummies hab ich noch gar nicht probiert. Dazu kann ich später wohl mehr sagen.

I liked the product itself, it does the job well, but the site felt a bit sketchy to me. When I tried to buy, the VAT relief option was basically dead, the button wouldnt click at all. I checked the page and it looked like the input was disabled, which is pretty annoying. I expected the payment step to fix it, but nope, it just went straight through and charged me. I’ve already sent an email asking Resmed about a refund for the tax, so now I’m just waiting and hoping they sort it out.
