Zwischenfazit nach zwei Bestellungen, Service bequem und privat. Einmal blieb die Versandmail aus, kam spät. Nichts Dramatisches, nur besser planbar wäre schön.

I made my first order but didn’t get the package because DHL said it was at the pickup point, but when I checked, the DHL system showed there was no package for me there. I told customer service about this, and they are checking it now. I am very happy with the help from Margo Spiegelmann at Sky Marketing's customer service team. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly. I made a second order and it went well. I got the package on time and for now I am satisfied.

Honestly, the whole process from placing the order to getting it is really easy and smooth with no mistakes. The only issue I noticed is that they took away paypal as a payment choice recently, it was there before, but they offer other ways to pay that do work fine.

Doktorabc is really quick.

Doktorabc is really quick. They say delivery takes 1-2 days. I have never gotten my order in 1-2 days. This is not Doktorabc's fault. They finish the perscription and send it to the Apotheke fast. The issue is always with the apotheke and DHL delivery service. UPS is a better delivery service. I wish they had UPS. They beat DHL easily when it comes to quick delivery.

Received an email saying the medication was shipped

Received an email saying the medication was shipped with a delivery date, but it wasn’t really sent yet. The pharmacy supposed to send it wasn’t open then (long weekend, so maybe true) and the delivery was delayed by 6 days. The website said there was a problem with DHL (a delivery company) but they actually used Fedex for me. They told me the issue was with the pharmacy, not delivery, so that was a bit confusing. In the end, I got the prescription and meds, which in Europe is really usefull because seeing a specialist is pricey and takes a long time. Hope they fix these small issues but overall the service is good. Phone and chat didn’t help me, but email support was fine.
