At first I was happy with the rings that arrived. They looked as they should. Unfortunately 3 days after our wedding I started noticing scratches all around. After 3 weeks of normal daily careful use - they look terrible. I’ve never experienced so fast damage of jewelry. I sent a complaint and the rings back to the manufacturer explaining my concern and worry how they will look by our first anniversary. They claim that “visible marks are normal signs of wear and tear, which are unfortunately unavoidable in everyday life – especially with regularly worn silver rings.”. I’ll leave it for your judgment to say if this is how a ring thats supposed to last forever should look like after not even a month or careful wearing…

Wir sind jetzt seit über einem Monat in der Betreuung und ich kann nur sagen, es läuft richtig gut! Timm. kümmert sich um unseren Account sehr sorgfältig und wir sehen, wie unser Vertrieb langsam besser funktioniert. Am Anfang ist etwas Geduld nötig, weil es viele Infos gibt. Aber im Vergleich zu den ganzen "Do it for yourself" Kursen von Kreuter oder Baulig sehr wertvoll.
