    I give you 5 stars for how you engage with customers. it’s really appreciated. BUT, could you please give me a chance to explain my case for “reinstatement”? I honestly feel like I’ve been banned without enough reason or without hearing my side of things. please think about hearing me out before making a final decision to “ban” me.     I have been really happy with how simple and supportive the staff is when dealing with any billing concerns and with how fast the team is when I ask to cancel any subscription. The staff is always friendly, polite, professional, and easy to work with. This is the first time in my life I’ve encountered a customer service team that is so helpful, quick to resolve issues, and clear in communication. They make everything feel easy.
