This company is the reason why negative ratings should be introduced. The company's phone number doesn't work, it's just there to say they have a phone number. They don't even know what 24/7 live chat is. Their support is like automated messages on dating sites. I tried to cancel an order before it was shipped and nothing worked on purpose to buy them time. The order was shipped two days after the cancellation attempt and after a week it's still in China but it can't be canceled. The guys are just ridiculous, as are their products apparently. Simply because when someone has a reputation and is sure of their product, they don't hide or try to force an order. And they definitely pay a call center or a customer service representative. Keep your distance...
