Then when you get your superscription they tell you it's not included in your plan. Then when you want to cancel they tell you they can't refund your membership after your text "consultation" Use another company.

Just like everyone else, I got stuck in the loop of paying, getting auto-charged, and never receiving the medication I ordered. Their customer service is a joke—nothing but delay tactics and non-answers. I’m still waiting on a refund, but they keep dodging any real communication. It's like they're pros at avoiding responsibility. Honestly, it feels like they’re just out here stealing money from people. They need to be shut down, plain and simple. I rarely write reviews, but this time I have to speak up because they’ve completely ripped me off. Stay away and read the reviews before you make the same mistake.

I really like the found app. As a young entrepreneur, it's been really helpful. Since I'm new to this business, there are weeks when I'm living paycheck to paycheck. The $2 cash deposit at local stores is cheaper than other money apps out there, except maybe cash app, but they've given me lots of trouble. The people at Found are really good people. It's not just a money app but an educating tool too. It's not just a digital bank. But a tool we can learn from. My only complaint would be the high cost of some premium features. I think you're charging way too much for that. Especially for us just starting out, like I said. But besides that, it's my favorite app.

The company needs to improve its customer service. When I told the agent about the app taking a while to load, they didn't really try to understand my issue. Instead, they just suggested I get a new phone and update the app. But I already have a new phone and the app is up to date. It's frustrating that they didn't delve deeper into the problem. The app consistently takes about 30 seconds to open, so it would be great if they could work on fixing this issue.
