Like a mess
Honestly, I joined as a new customer and it's been a bit of a mess. They took my subscription money, but I've heard absolutely nothing since. Really regret not checking out other reviews before diving in. Now I'm sitting here worried I've lost over $500 for a six-month subscription. I've tried reaching out, but there's literally no customer service. It's just radio silence. I can't believe this is happening. If you're considering this company, just avoid them. Save yourself the headache and money.
