Bought a ticket Providence to San Diego, after i made the reservation they called me saying they vould not find a ticket at this price, i spent 2 hours they tried to put me on Breeze airways which i did not want, i could have bought it cheaper on any site. They adked to vhange from the 8th of August to the 6th, i specifically said no, secondly i saud i am hard of hearing and i cannot leave on the 6th i agreed to leave on Breeze airways on thd 8 th instead of Southwest and back on AA coming a dsy after. Upon receiving thr confirmation i gound out the put me on the 6th not 8 which a ticket ox extra 200 i am reslky upset and asked to listen to the conversation that i specifically said no to the 6th, now i am looking at the reviews to find there people saying it was just s scsm

I booked a $760 flight through FoggyFly.com, but never received an airline confirmation. When I called, they demanded an extra $550 for a carry-on and checked bag—charges that were never disclosed during booking. They also refused to cancel or refund the reservation, even though no actual ticket was issued. The website does not show any luggage policy or refund terms. This is a bait-and-switch scam designed to trap travelers with hidden fees after payment.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND ARE ON A TELEMARKETING FLOOR HUSTLING PEOPLE, THEY CALLED ME ALL NIGHT TRYING TO UPSALE ME I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

This company is a scam! They post one price online but then give you a "confirmation" call and tell you that they cannot book at that price for the dates requested. When you fail to confirm the dates they give you they tell you the flight can be canceled but not refunded because it was a promotional deal (it says this nowhere on the site).

Be carefull when signing up, cause the price isn't what it first looks like, and you won’t see that money again. Wasn’t happy that your charges are higher than other sites. RIANNA tryed helping as much as she could. She was kind and didn’t lose her calm, Rianna is a good worker.

There was a small mistake with my booking, but I called the following day and the staff was very nice and sorted it out without any fee. They also called to confirm our check-in, and everything went smooth. The flights arrived late, but that wasn’t Foggy Fly’s problem, it was the airline’s issue. Apart from that, they did a good job.

False pricing

I thought I found a good deal for a flight to Florida. Foggy fly had the price at $298. Once I booked the flight, they immediately called me and told me that it was a flight restriction and that I could not take luggage unless I paid another $210 to them. So I looked up on the southwest airline flight. The flight was the exact same amount of money with no restrictions on luggage it would only cost me $35 per bag. This site is a big scam. I ended up calling my credit card company and had them Deny access to my credit card and to stop payment to them and I also locked my card. Upon talking to foggy fly and one of their representatives need centric, they then tried to access my credit card nine times. Which sent alerts to my credit card company which also denied their Payment and they locked my card for a fraud use. So now I have to wait five business days for my car to be unlocked by the credit card company. What a bunch of bullshit I will be booking directly through Southwest Airlines. And never using foggy fly.com again

I will not get into details all I have to say is scam save yourself time and frustration book with a reputable company. The name froggy flights is a dead give away. You could get better customer service and flights from a frog than this company meaning zero on both accounts . If you have the misfortune in booking with them good luck in canceling your credit card before they charge you for nothing because that’s what you be paying for. Too bad you have to give them one star they deserve zero.

SCAM- GARBAGE WEBSITE- STAY AWAY!!

SCAM!! Booked a ticket, then they contacted me to say there were "no seats on that flight", and I had to book on another flight. So they sold me something they didn't have- BAIT AND SWITCH. Then my return flight was changed, and I didn't get a notification- because they had someone else's phone number and email listed with the airline! Also- my credit card was suspiciously used for almost $2,000 in online betting shortly after using Foggy Fly. STAY AWAY!!

Flight booking scam.

Did not get confirmation for return flight, very poor communication, Fogggy wants you to call them. Return flight on a waiting list until last day of return. Google pay detected scam and prevented transaction. Be careful with this kind of booking flight, only go with very well known companies.

I would not book with FoggyFly again

I would not book with FoggyFly again. The website was clear in regards to baggage and flight times, what they are not clear on is that the tickets you are booking are not tickets and will not be tickets unless an Airline approves you on the wait list for a flight a day before or 5 days after when you are planning your travels. When speaking to customer service, they were not helpful and kept repeating that their policy is no refunds, that the money is taken out because this is the ticket you booked, and yet do not follow through what was listed in fine print before booking, that they will email eticket when the funds are taken and booking confirmed, per customer service and speaking to manager they do not send etickets and will not change their policy for one person and don't care what I saw online when booking. I should miraculously know that what is stated online is not how they actually process things

I had a terrible experience using Foggyfly.com and strongly advise others to stay away from this unprofessional platform. After booking a flight through their site, I was shocked when they demanded an additional payment just to issue the ticket — something no legitimate travel agency would do. Their behavior was deceptive and aggressive, and they treated me like I was the one doing something wrong. When I asked about cancellation or refund, they rudely told me that neither was possible, despite the fact that no confirmed reservation existed with the airline. I even contacted the airline directly and confirmed there was no booking in my name. I’ve now reported the issue to my credit card company and shared all the supporting documents, including the so-called booking details they provided. This feels like a scam operation, and their customer service is rude, evasive, and completely unhelpful. Please don’t risk your money or travel plans. Avoid Foggyfly.com at all costs.

Everything went okay. The cost was a little annoying. I saw one price on the website, but when I spoke to the agent, he gave me a way higher price. Also, the language difference caused some trouble.

Bait & Switch - Total SCAM

Unlike Priceline, Travelocity, etc., these guys don't actually have the inventory they are selling. That is, they don't actually book your flight, even though they take your credit card information. After the "booking" they contact you saying that to actually get the flight you "booked" it will cost $500 to $,1,000 more. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. Also, check out their Better Business Bureau rating - that should tell you everything you need to know.

I too tried to book a flight with them they said i would get my info in 24 hours with ticket when that didn't happen i called them and there i smelled a rat i told them i wanted to cancel after telling me we would be on standby on the return flight and went on to say for a fee they would fix it and give us seats ,they also said it was already booked but as i was talking to them i pulled up my credit card account and no money was taking out so i put them on hold told them i was going to make sure the money was there for the card i than transferred all the card money out of the account called the bank shut down the card went down to my bank told them what was going on got the new card right there , back to them they called me and sent a email stating i needed to call them back to confirm my trip with them ya right i booked direct with the airline and got a better deal ,also they told me that the money had already been talking out as i was looking at my account and it wasn't that's when i made the move

Not legit

I had the same experience as many others on this site. I was told we cannot even pay to check a bag unless we upgrade. What is the point of getting a discounted ticket then? I fly a lot; this is not something I have ever encountered. Agent on the phone used pushy salesman tactics and did not speak English very well. Calling my credit card company to dispute fraudulent charges.
