He found us tickets we liked and stayed on the phone while we sorted out the issue with our credit card company. It's like buying something online only to realize they just ordered it from Amazon, had it shipped, and pocketed some extra money for nothing. Not happy at all. AVOID eBookTrip. I'm figuring out how to report them to the Florida Attorney General. Check the 1-star reviews and their reply – it's the same. Look at BBB.org's scam page for the full picture. It's a scam.
