If you miss the call, they'll try once more, then cancel, and you'll need to make another appointment at your cost. If you tell the doctor you missed it, they might give you a promo code or refund. I filled out forms and sent photos of my license. The doctor called, listened to me, and prescribed medication. I've been using it for over four months and am satisfied. I have a CDL license and needed a medical update, so the doctor spoke with my QuickMD doctor. My medical was updated as usual. When I stopped the Percocets, I truly felt withdrawal symptoms. I was honest with this company, and they gave me Suboxone. I'd been off the pills for 2 days and felt awful. When my Suboxone ran out, I called again, and they told me I couldn’t get a refill for 30 days. They should've mentioned this from the start. Now I face another week of withdrawals. I have to buy more pills to work and support my family. I’m back to where I started and might get hooked again. It’s a mess, and I feel sorry for anyone struggling with addiction. You can't rely on them. They never mentioned the 30-day wait for the prescription. After complaining, they filled my rx early. I’ll ensure I’m clean before it runs out. I increased my review rating due to this help, but the initial stress and trouble shouldn’t have happened. Good luck to everyone.

The doctor sent in my medication too the pharmacy. Something happened where the pharmacy needed to reach the doctor before filling the prescription. There is no way to reach back out too the doctor! So I wasted 100$ to go to a doctor and not even get the medication I need.
