After completing my payments, I was instructed to wait 24-48 hours for my flight ticket. Surprisingly, I received my ticket details in less than 24 hours via email. That's why I'll continue using Pay Later Travel for my future flights.

I am extremely disappointed with the company. Not only did I not receive the seat grade I paid for, but also encountered issues with the Paylater website. Despite completing my payment early to secure my e-ticket and make final arrangements with the airline, the website keeps adding extra payments to my account, preventing me from obtaining my e-ticket. This is the worst experience I've ever had. It's my last opportunity to visit my family in Europe and to bury my mother's ashes in her homeland of Germany. Losing this money means I'll never be able to fulfill these important wishes, and I'll lose the chance to see my family again. It's truly heartbreaking.
