Relief when the email hit

Opened the PDF on my phone and exhaled. After weeks of back-and-forth with housing, seeing an approved letter felt like a door finally opened.

Responsive verification help

My property manager demanded extra proof. Support replied in hours, provided a verification portal link and clinician credentials. Slight delay, but it worked.

ESA letter accepted fast

Finished the intake in under 10 minutes, had a tele-visit the next day, and received my ESA letter digitally that afternoon. Landlord verification call went smoothly with their team. I was nervous about legitimacy, but the clinician was licensed and thorough.

I totally recommend official pets and Leon!

I totally recommend official pets and Leon! He was really helpful when certifying my cat so I could have him with me at college. He puts a lot of effort into writing the esa letter and even completed an extra form my school needed, all for free, with some input from me. He takes his time and doesn't rush things, plus he's super quick at replying and makes sure you're at ease and getting the support you require. Really goes the extra mile.
