We had a really bad experience. The airline booked our flight wrong, so we had to buy another ticket to get home. Our trip cost twice as much and they first offered only 35% back. In the end we got 50% back, which still isn’t fair because it was their mistake, not ours. A mistake we could not afford, but we ended up paying for it anyay.

Fareshope is dishonest and unreliable. I tried to reach KLM and accidentally contacted them, thinking it was the real customer service. They told me I needed to pay 120 USD to get a refund. When they sent me the link I noticed fareshope and realized it was not KLM’s official support. Later, KLM confirmed that Fareshope has no link with them and my ticket could not be refunded. This company acts like the airline and wants to take fake cancellation fees. Be careful – do not trust them. It is a classic trick and swtich.

While working with Duke, we faced many problems that made things hard. Iberia Airlines site didnt work, the 6 tickets had to be paid with two diferent credit cards, and it was a mess. Luckily, Duke stayed patient and guided me step by step to make sure everything was done. He kept his cool and helped calm down a very stressed customer, that was me.
