    I had

    I had them repeatedly hand off the case, start over and not read a 9 day history or even notes from tech before, go in circles with same checks, try to say things were flxed that were corrupting day of, and claim a contact list that somehow multiplied and modified contacts 10 different ways and separate contacts hadn’t happened. Microsoft wanted me to work directly with techs and they seemed incapable of going beyond the surface. Tonight, the tech was flippant, blew me off, and was rude. I had already let a supervisor know day before about repeatedly starting fixes that needed deeper focus over and over and not getting anywhere on account issues for 9 days. Reading what had been done, never working with Microsoft engineers to resolve on an account level thst they say they can, but never did, and telling me things were fixed that weren’t. 9 days of blow offs unless I ask for supervisor and even then nothing changes. I am exhausted by their games.

    Typical Indian Callcenter, do NOT trust Just your usual Indian Callcenter, of course "verified Microsoft partners", to offer you imaginary products like "software warranty plans" and really just to put their arms deep down your wallet to make easy money by talking to, preferrably, naive tech-newbies. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives. You may check out several videos on YouTube with example calls and/or site reviews on other websites. Please don't waste your money on them, you can rather just burn it

    So after reviewing all of the comments (most of them with stellar reviews, along with the correct spelling of foreign names), it is clear that this company is a scam. I purchased a defective Lenovo laptop and all the representative did was continually ask for my credit card information and tried to extort $200-$400 out of me to "fix" a brand new laptop that I had just purchased that was still covered under warranty. I took it back to the store and they confirmed that the laptop was indeed defective and replaced it with a new one that works great. DON'T trust these people or any of the glowing reviews. The company is most likely putting these reviews in here themselves and they are not genuine

    Awful company

    Wanted this to work, wanted help, what a disaster. 11 hours later and they touch the mouse every few minutes just to pretend they are working. Wasted over a day waiting for them to find a solution but as each shift ended the next person didn't read notes, had to ask me what I needed. Awful company, fairly positive the Microsoft trusted partner is a lie, I just can't see Microsoft endorsing this garbage.

    These guys are scammers. They fool you into thinking your computer is infected. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives.

    Richard is a certified genius.

    Richard is a certified genius. Today, we didn't deal with WIN 11 or printers. We were trying to sync a Samsung Tablet with a Samsung Cell phone's YouTube account. Richard, with his incredible wisdom and technical skills, made it happen. Samsung tech support couldn't help, and neither could the YouTube community. But Richard did it. I've been using 24x7 Techies for around 4 years now, and this company is fantastic. All others in this field are amateurs. My subscription is essential because my computing tools can't survive without 24x7. It's refreshing to find a truthful company in a world full of deception. Thank you, Richard, and thank you, top management. Someone should treat Richard to lunch and give him a raise. 24x7 is only as good as the brilliant minds like Richard. God bless you, Richard.     You know how sometimes things

    You know how sometimes things just go haywire with tech? That's what happened to me recently. I had this crazy issue where everything went wrong, thanks to Acrobat acting up. But then Alan and Ramond came to the rescue. Alan handed things over to Ramond without making me repeat my story, which was such a relief. Ramond was amazing and spent a good two hours fixing everything, replacing stuff that got messed up. These guys worked together like a dream team. I'm seriously grateful for their help and the way they handled everything. Fingers crossed I won't face this kind of mess again, but if I do, I know who to reach out to. They totally deserve five stars, maybe even more!

    I had a tricky situation with some online scammers, and Alan, the computer expert, really turned things around for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole ordeal.     Absolutely fantastic time

    I recently had some serious trouble with my Outlook being locked and was really getting worried about it. Luckily, the tech guy I spoke with was absolutely fantastic. He was so professional and really seemed to understand all the different issues I was having. What stood out the most was how patient and caring he was throughout the whole process. I sometimes struggle with hearing, but his clear English made everything way easier for me. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t just rushing through the call. By the end, everything was sorted out, and I was super relieved. It was a breath of fresh air to get such great service.

    I had been struggling with my email accounts for what felt like ages and just couldn't get them to work right.     I had this crazy day

    I had this crazy day when a scammer pretending to be from Microsoft totally freaked me out. I was really worried and didn't know what to do. Then I got on the phone with Brian from tech support. What a relief! Brian was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He calmly explained everything to me and helped me understand what was going on. He even pointed me to the real Microsoft site for any tech support I might need in the future. It felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders after talking to him. I'm really grateful to Brian for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

    I had a great experience with 247Techies. Had two separate issues and ended up dealing with three different people. They were all top-notch. They did most of the work while I wasn't even online, then called me back when they were done. Usually, online tech support takes forever and makes you question if the warranty is worth it. But 247Techies did things differently. They got what the problem was quickly, worked on it without wasting my time, and then called back when they had it fixed or needed more details. Really a pleasure to work with them. Definitely recommend!

    When my Outlook account got

    When my Outlook account got locked by Microsoft, I was really frustrated. Their algorithms mistook some info emails for spam, and it took forever to get the issue resolved. At first, it seemed like they were in no rush to help me out, and I ended up spending money just to get it sorted. Microsoft's mistake caused me all this hassle. However, once the problem was finally addressed, the support was actually great. But, honestly, the whole experience with Microsoft was pretty awful. They seriously need to fix their system to avoid inconveniencing customers like this.

    I've been a customer for this company for six years now and let me tell you, they really know their stuff. Every time I have an issue with my computer, they sort it out quickly and efficiently.     I was really impressed

    Gotta say, I was really impressed with how the technician handled my email transfer issue. I had to move all my old Outlook emails from my Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 setup, and it was turning into a nightmare thanks to MS 365. The software just wouldn't let me transfer my Outlook info. But the tech was super patient and knew exactly what to do. He worked through the problem and got all my old emails and Outlook details onto my new PC. Seriously saved me a ton of stress. I didn't think it would get sorted out, but he made it happen.

    Had an interesting experience with tech support today. The team was really friendly and helpful. I was handed over to a specialist for my email group issue. It took a bit of time and effort, but they managed to solve it. However, later on, Outlook refused to open. Called back and got it sorted quickly, along with the email group fix. Sent a test message to one of my groups afterward, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, a bit of a hassle but the tech folks were great and made sure everything was working fine in the end.

    I was having trouble getting into my emails for what felt like forever, probably around two weeks. Finally, I decided to give Microsoft a call and was directed to "247Techies". That's where I met Tony. Honestly, Tony was incredibly kind and patient. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, being older and all, and he walked me through every step without making me feel silly.     Everything running smoothly

    I spent ages trying to get my Office 365 stuff to sync properly, but it was just one issue after another. Then, Steve came along and sorted everything out. Now my Outlook calendar, contacts, and Teams are all working perfectly. I couldn't believe how quickly he fixed it all.     Company helped me twice in last

    Company helped me twice in last two days with 2 different problems. Both techs listened and solved problems... one with a doccument camera and one with final cut pro... neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscribtion is totally worth it... things seem to come up all the time... not usually broken... but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occassionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.

    Thanks to the tech team

    I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my Dell desktop, first time ever, really. The screen was showing all sorts of weird stuff, and I was totally clueless on how to fix it. Luckily, I got in touch with these tech guys who worked on it online for a couple hours. They managed to sort everything out, which was a huge relief. Apparently, my computer didn’t agree with one of the new Windows updates, and that’s what caused the mess. It’s all good now, thanks to the tech team.

    I had some techs come over to fix my system, they spent a good 2 hours working on it. At first, it seemed like they had sorted everything out. But the moment they left, I realized nothing had actually changed. My system was still acting up just like before. It's really frustrating because I was hoping they could solve the problem.
