These did not suit my body shape. I have thin legs and a bigger tummy, and these made my figure look odd, especially from behind. They are well made, but mine arrived with a small hole near the back waist. Customer service was okay. After several emails going back and forth, they eventually sent me a return label.

I realy like shapellx.

My recent order went well too. I got the jumpsuit that has a girdle inside. Let me tell you, it hugged me just right! I gave 4 stars not 5 because they said it was red but it came in burgundy. It's nice but I wanted real red. Also, the shipping compnay Uni Uni was bad. My box was cut open and it said out for delivery for 3 days before it showed up.

Terrible!!!

Just terrible service. Item sizing is way off. March 19th ordered two items in my regular pants size. Didn’t fit. Ordered the two items a size bigger than my pants size. Didn’t fit. Ordered two items 2 sizes bigger than my normal pants size. Items were shipped separately. Received first item but not second. First it said it was delayed which was why it shipped separately. Then it said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. Shapellx told me to jump through hoops with the post office when I reached out to them. When the post office asked me to contact Shapellx to find out what mailing address they used (because post office said package didn’t have the mailing address I entered on it), Shapellx didn’t respond about address but merely sent out another item. This resulted in nothing but wasting another week when they could have just resent the item sooner. At this point it had been I ended up not having the shape wear for the tailoring appt on May 5th. In the mean time, I discovered the item I did receive also didn’t fit. I quickly ordered a fourth time just one of the items 3 sizes larger than my normal pants size. Again they did not fit and therefore missed the tailoring second appt date. I contacted the customer service since I had spent several hundred dollars and I was supposed to be credited with over a thousand points within their reward pgm. 600 points qualified for a $60 discount on a next order and I didn’t want to pay full price again. The customer service agent told me their system said I didn’t have an account until after the third order date and she circled a screenshot of the date the system had for me creating an account and a screenshot of the dates of all the orders. She offered me a coupon code for $20. I told her that I could see my orders in their system and she could see the orders in their system and what they were for and nothing in the information about rewards said anything about it being contingent on the date the account was created (which I wasn’t sure was even accurate). I requested that I be credited the correct amount of points (over 1000) manually or at least be given a coupon code for $60 off (which only required 600 points) if their system didn’t have the flexibility for manual adjustments. I asked her to escalate the request if necessary. A couple days later, I received a response that they had correctly credited my account. So I ordered one last time in the largest size they had (6x) which is 4 sizes larger than my pants size and FINALLY was able to get shape wear that fit. I then request a return label for just the pair that I received late since the 5 smaller pairs of shape wear couldn’t be returned since it was outside the return date window. It’s now been 10 days since I emailed that request for a return label to their customer service and I have heard nothing. I have 11 more days and then it will be too late to return that too. The shape wear seems to be decent but this company absolutely s***s.

Placing an order was simple, but returning items is another story! Waiting for approval on a return for something that doesn't fit is just not good service. I’m not sure I’ll order again since the return process is way too much work.

I got two things from Shapellx, AirSlim® Hourglass Full Body Shaper in XXL and AirSlim® High-Rise Body Sculpting Thong in XL. Shipping was kinda fast (ordered Friday, got it Wednesday). The XL was too small, not Shapellx's fault. But the hourglass shapewear is great. Wore it all day, no discomfort, snatches the stomach and waist. Tried many brands, but this one works. You should try it too!

The company's ordering process went really well and my order came sooner than expected, which is great. The material is really good and the zipper doesn't show under clothes. If you want a tighter fit, get one size smaller than your usual. Overall, I'm happy with it. Customer service is good too, they reply within 24 hours, which is nice.

The company could improve by adding more plus-size options. When I tried the XL, it didn't match how it looked on the website and didn't flatter my figure. It was disappointing. However, I appreciate the concept of the shapewear. It's a bit pricey though.

Yes. 🌟 I got a small-sized bodysuit that fit like a glove and loved the long sleeves. The suit covered my arms, legs, and even some pesky back fat I've always wanted to hide. 👗 But here's where it gets interesting. While it is true to size and offers a snug fit, it took a bit of a struggle to get it on over my thighs. The material is durable and comfortable. All in all, the product is good, but some tweaks could make the shopping experience smoother.

It flattened my B-cup breasts, which isn't ideal for me. Wearing a bra underneath solved the issue, but it'd be nice not to have to do that. Overall, it's close to perfect, but a few things could make it better.

So, I bought this product, and it has a zipper at the bottom part for bathroom use. I didn't like that at all. I kept asking for a return label, and when they finally sent it, I mailed it back. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. It's frustrating because I did everything they told me to do, and now I feel like my money might be gone. No response, no refund—just silence. Not happy with this experience at all.

I've been a fan of Shapellx for a while now, having bought a few pieces before and loving them. This time, though, I accidentally ordered a large shorts shapewear instead of XL. I thought dealing with customer service would be a nightmare, but they totally surprised me. They responded super quickly and said they'd send me the correct size without even asking me to return the wrong one! It was such a relief not having to go through the hassle of returns. I had to send back the first piece cause even though I followed the measuring chart, it didn’t fit my chest right. Sized up for the second one, and while it’s better, still had a bit of a struggle. I'm a 42D, 170 lbs, and usually wear a size 16. This shapewear is a whole new experience for me since I usually go for underwire stuff. It really smooths everything out and makes my clothes look a lot better. Super comfy too. Planning to grab another color soon. The exchange process was straightforward, and I got the new one in just a couple of days.

Got these pants thinking they'd be a game-changer based on the rave reviews. Ordered an XL since I'm a size 12 and weigh 180. But when they arrived, they were crazy tight. My 14-year-old daughter, who’s 130 pounds, tried them on, and they fit her perfectly. Plus, you could still see the print on my thigh through my dress pants, which was super annoying. Was really looking forward to them, but ended up so disappointed. Feels like they were made for someone much smaller. Just a heads up if you’re considering buying them.
