They sneakily change their policies without any notice and then have the audacity to thank you for your custom. I bought something and wanted to return it, but instead of giving my money back, they only offer gift cards. So I used the gift card, but the new item didn’t fit right either, and guess what? They wouldn't let me return that one. Make sure you're 100% sure about the fit, color, and material, or you'll end up with useless gift cards. Total nightmare.
