I am really happy with mo.pla.

The most important thing for me is that the ticket always works, I never had any problems during checks. The best part is that you can pause the ticket without having to cancel it every time like with some other providers. And if you want to cancel, you can do it 24 hours before the next payment, which is another big plus. The payment process also goes smoothly every time. I can really recommend mo.pla to everyone. Five stars from me!!!

Hallo, alles läuft wirklich gut, ich habe das Ticket jetzt seit 2 Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Es ist echt eine praktische Lösung, die mir viel Zeit spart und einfach zu benutzen ist. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

In normal use, I find the app really good, very easy to use, and especially when pausing there are no problems. Really handy! Recently, though, I had to change my account, and there were some issues with the app. I used an account transfer service from the new bank, but it didn’t work well with Mopla. That was in January, and I managed to fix it somehow. In February, I paused my subscription, and when I wanted to reactivate it in mid-March, the new account number was no longer recognized, even though it worked after some trouble in January. The button for adding a different account didn’t work, and PayPal didn’t work either, which was quite stressful because I wanted to travel suddenly and was already almost on the train, ready but without an active Germany ticket. Very uncomfortable. Eventually, it worked. Now I’m curious how it will go in May.

The delivery team was fast, polite, and professional. We had a minor issue while assembling the couch, but when we contacted the 25home team, they did everything they could to fix it. Definitely recommend them.

With the app mo.pla, you can buy the Germany ticket anytime and activate it immediately. You can also cancel it up to 24 hours before the end of the current month. Other apps require you to cancel by the 10th of the month, so if you buy it after the 10th, you end up paying for two months. We have used it multiple times on short notice, and it works just fine, really handy!

Ich hatte eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit Mopla und möchte andere potenzielle Kunden vor den fragwürdigen Geschäftspraktiken dieses Unternehmens warnen. 1️⃣ Intransparente Abo-Verlängerung Ich hatte mein Deutschlandticket über Mopla pausiert, doch nach der Pause wurde das Abo ohne jegliche Erinnerungs- oder Bestätigungsmail automatisch reaktiviert. Eine solche Benachrichtigung wäre nicht nur kundenfreundlich, sondern wird bei fairen Anbietern auch standardmäßig praktiziert. 2️⃣ Unfaire Kündigungsbedingungen Mopla verlangt, dass die Kündigung mindestens 24 Stunden vor Monatsende eingeht – was rechtlich fragwürdig und verbraucherunfreundlich ist. Eine so kurze Kündigungsfrist kann leicht dazu führen, dass Kunden in eine weitere ungewollte Verlängerung gedrängt werden. 3️⃣ Unkooperativer und unfreundlicher Kundenservice Als ich mich mit meinem Anliegen an den Kundenservice wandte, erhielt ich nur standardisierte Antworten, die sich ständig auf die AGB beriefen, anstatt eine individuelle Lösung anzubieten. Selbst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde meine Beschwerde ignoriert, und das Geld wurde trotzdem abgebucht. 4️⃣ Mögliche Verstöße gegen Verbraucherrechte Nach meiner Recherche könnten einige der Praktiken von Mopla gegen geltende Verbraucherrechte verstoßen: • § 307 BGB: Unangemessene AGB-Klauseln durch fehlende Transparenz. • § 5 UWG: Irreführung durch Unterlassen einer rechtzeitigen Benachrichtigung. • § 312d BGB: Verletzung der Informationspflichten bei Online-Abonnements. Fazit: Ich kann Mopla NICHT empfehlen! Wenn ihr Wert auf faire Geschäftsbedingungen, transparente Abos und einen kooperativen Kundenservice legt, dann solltet ihr euch einen anderen Anbieter suchen. Ich werde mich nun an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden und rechtliche Schritte prüfen. ❌ Finger weg von Mopla! ❌

I tried to start a subscription on 01.01. Both my credit and debit cards showed €0 as the amount to be charged, so no subscription was opened. MoPla told me the next day that this is normal and that the charge is just for verification. I would have to order again. Since I needed the DeutschlandTicket on the morning of 02.01, I bought it from another place.

I strongly advise against using Mopla. My experience was a nightmare. I subscribed for one month and canceled on the last day, but they extended it for another month, claiming cancellation only applies after the next month. The very next day, they attempted to charge my card, which failed due to insufficient funds. Shortly after, I received threats of legal action over the "outstanding debt." Despite multiple requests to settle the amount, their support team repeatedly tried charging an old card that was briefly linked to my account but had been replaced with a new card in my settings. When I pointed this out, they ignored my emails and kept reminding me of the debt. Frustrated, I transferred the payment directly and requested confirmation, only to be told my subscription would continue until they processed the payment—despite my explicit instructions to cancel. In summary, I used their service for two weeks, paid €100, and wasted countless hours dealing with their incompetent support. Avoid Mopla at all costs.

Mopla worked well for me and I like that you can cancel the Deutschland ticket subscription just a day before the end of the month. When I bought it from DB the first time, I got charged for 2 months since you need to cancel too early. Mopla's policy is much better.

I used Mopla to buy the Deutschland ticket while my parents were here from NZ. We canceled the tickets on the 9th of the month, on time. I was still charged 49€ for the month even though my parents had left. I’m sure I followed the cancellation steps correctly, despite their tricky user interface that seems designed to make cancellation difficult. It’s disheartening that companies operate this way, tricking people into losing money.
