Habe zwei "Artwork"-Fotos bestellt. Dabei werden Fotos in Richtung Karikatur verändert. Mein Ergebnis war, dass das "Artwork" uns 3x so alt mit Falten wie 100-jährige Menschen darstellt. Das sieht aus wie ne Freakshow. Absolute Katastrophe, da es als Geschenk geplant war. Uns wurde dann ein 20% Rabatt angeboten. Habe ich nicht genommen und die "Bilder" entsorgt. Leider € 70,- Lehrgeld bezahlt.

Macorner's is a joke. In fact, it's a scam. The Anaheim address is to an empty build suite. The owner of the building has many other businesses using the address as home base. They're all fake and cheat American customers out of millions of dollars every year. Yet that idiot in the governor's mansion won't stop them from cheating us. The alleged CEO is Liam Nelson (yeah, no Neeson), but you can't find him anywhere on legitimate business sites. It's CRICKETS. Do yourself a favor and absolutely DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. They're bring investigated for their fraud and I hope those who've had awful experiences with these cheats get their money back. If not, please ensure that you advise your friends and family to be very careful when ordering online. America will DEFINITELY NOT PROTECT YOU.

To make matters worse, they don't allow returns once it's personalized. It's disheartening that I can't gift this subpar item to my husband for our anniversary, as it's far from the quality I expected. Save your money and avoid this disappointing experience.

I was given a tracking number for the shipping about a week ago, and, other than the shipping information being received by the courier, there have been no updates. The plaque has not scanned, shipped, and there have been no updates. I tried contacting Macorner customer service for an update and was sent an automated message that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's been well over 48 hours, and I have not heard back. Based on the website's shipping time guidelines, I should be receiving the parcel in four days, which seems unlikely. Worst is just the poor customer service. If Macorner cared about their customers, they would get a better courier or respond to their customer queries.

Ordered a custom baseball cap and paid an extra $5 to get it in a box instead of a plastic bag. They did use a box, but it was way too small—like trying to fit a basketball in a shoebox. The cap got all squished up. Even if it hadn't been messed up by the small box, the bill was all wonky—sticking out more on one side and sloping down on the other. Tried to get in touch with customer service, but it's impossible. The support form just glitches and won’t let you submit anything. And "Contact Us"? Same story. Avoid this company!
