Tried reaching out to the company, but it's like talking to a wall. No response, no help. It's been super frustrating. I'm stuck with all these chairs and no idea what to do next. So, I got this Yahweh Cat Tree House and Garden Box for my furry friend, and it's been quite the addition to our living room. It looks more like a chic piece of furniture than a cat jungle gym, which is a big win in my book. The garden box part is pretty cool, especially if you're into having some plants around. Function-wise, it's rock solid. My cat's been all over it – climbing, lounging, scratching, you name it. It’s holding up well, and those scratching posts are saving my couch big time. Setting it up wasn’t too hard, but the instructions could’ve been clearer. A bit of a puzzle, but worth it in the end. Overall, it's a hit with both me and the cat!

I ordered something from Yaheetech, also known as Monumart, through B&Q, and it was a mess from start to finish. So, I noticed two days before delivery that I’d put the wrong address. I quickly fixed it and let B&Q know, expecting they'd tell their courier, Evri, to deliver to the right place. But nope, they dropped it at the wrong spot, 300 miles away! And get this, they didn’t even get a signature – just left it on the street. When I tried to sort it out, Monumart told me to contact Evri directly, but that's impossible because Evri doesn’t have a real customer support line. After a week of going in circles and getting nowhere, I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Monumart even questioned why B&Q gave me a refund. Seriously, steer clear of these guys!

I had another playpen/fencing before for my puppy, and now I use it with the new parts outside the front door/sidewalk/flower bed to keep the cat safe, who enjoys being outside! It feels strong and looks nice. I am very pleased with it. It arrived fast and was simple to put together.

We have purchased a couple items from Yaheetech Shop. The coffee table and accent chairs look very nice. My best liked piece is the bakers rack. It feels like a fresh style of the classic design. I enjoy that it comes with power outlets built in. We set it up as our coffee station. On the main shelf we placed both our pod machine and the espresso maker (it can brew many kinds of coffee). The lower shelves hold our coffee recipe books plus other small accesories such as the milk frother. The top shelves we use for pod coffees, tea, cocoa, sugar, Splenda, and flavor adders. There are hooks for hanging cups too. Putting it together was simple enough, though it took around one hour. It looks great in the room and it is very useful.

They used Yodel to send a set of garden chairs I ordered from Amazon. I stayed up late waiting for the delivery, but it never showed up. I tried to cancel through Amazon. The company apologized and said there was a problem with the 'delivery attempt.' They offered me a return label and told me to wait for delivery again since Yodel still had the package. After waiting a long time and complaining to Yodel, the chairs were left on my doorstep, so I couldn't refuse delivery or use the return label. One part of the folding frame sticks out near the front and is a trip hazard when you sit or stand. I would not buy from them again.

Got this Accent Chair and Ottoman the other day and gotta say, it’s pretty sweet. Arrived super fast and putting it together was a breeze. It’s a bit smaller than I pictured, but I guess the measurements were right there in the description. Still, it fits an adult just fine. The boucle material feels nice and looks really stylish. The cushioning is firmer than I thought it would be, but I’m hoping it softens up after some use. Overall, I’m really happy with it. Fits perfectly in my bedroom, but would look great in a kid’s room or living room too.

I bought a White bistro set from Yaheetech on Amazon. Delivery was good, arrived well packed. But that's it. The set is so small, even adults struggle to sit. My husband is 6ft tall, he won't fit. Thought it was for kids. Chairs are low. Legs are strong but rest is lightweight, might fly away. Can't return it, husband threw packaging. Either it stays on patio looking silly or we pay £30 to get rid of it. Very disappointed.
