Rip Off and No Human Service
I signed up for a free trial and tried to cancel it and had difficulty contacting their customer service department. The customer service phone number listed in PayPal said it did not accept phone calls. It was a fake phone number. The Customerservice email was a Chatbot that didn’t answer any questions and did not respond with anything other than a Kanne response. They charge me $29 and $59 in the same day and I was wondering what the $59 was and I never got to the bottom of it but I was unable to successfully dispute the charge. This is a scam and a rip off and do not sign up for this app. They will take your money.

I really like using the app because it helps me stay focused and reach my goal. At first, I got overcharged when signing up. The first reply didn’t help much, but another worker, Nicky Collins, fixed it fast.

On several apps, games, and even Facebook, Lasts advertised chair yoga for free. They have a banner that says " now free" and a "button" to "print it". Then you go through a series of questions about your body, exercises and goals, then gives you a price to get it. What BS.

Alleen al het bijhouden maakte me veel bewuster. Dat alleen veranderde al veel. Ik had nooit door hoe vaak ik uit gewoonte of gevoel at totdat ik begon met alles opschrijven. Nu neem ik meer pauzes. Ik denk na over wat ik echt wil of nodig heb. Het gaat niet om perfect zijn, gewoon eerlijk zijn. Zo’n bewustzijn is heel krachtig.

The exercises move at a pace I can handle. Most of the exercises are easy enough for me given my age & my health background. I’m doing this with my sister who is signed up with another yoga class & so far she’s not very happy. I enjoy doing some exercises again and again, especialy for the abs where I really need it!
