The shoes look good but the break

The shoes look good but the break (where the top of the shoe bends when you move your foot) pressed and hurt the top of my foot even after trying different sizes so I started a return. I paid extra for the "free, no hassle return" but then they charged me a 10% restocking fee. Customer service answered quickly but didn’t change their mind. I guess the fine print showed this fee, and I should have checked better, but most sellers make that very clear when you buy or don’t charge it. Amazon, Zappos, and others just make it way easier. Wish I hadn’t trusted this compnay.

Bought shoes for a party.

Bought shoes for a party. Site said delivery in 7-14 days. It's now day 15. Found out they're stuck at customs. Didn't say they were shipping from China or I would have picked somthing else!!! Wrote to customer care, got told to just watch the tracking and wait more. I want to cancell my order now. It ain't right that Gatsbyshoes can't hit there own delivery times.

This doesn't feel like it's going to be as smooth as shopping on Amazon.

I recently bought my first pair of Oxford Orthopedic Derby white shoes in size 12 wide, and unlike some of the bad reviews I've read, they fit pretty well. I usually get shoes that are a bit wider and just a little smaller than 12, but these shoes fit just fine. I also have a shoe stretcher, so I'm using it to give a little more room for my hammer toes. The quality of the material seems good to me. I guess time will show how durable they are in the long run... I might even order another pair!

It's not worth dealing with a company that doesn't consistently follow its own guidelines.

Caution advised! I bought a pair of their Oxford shoes and wore them for not even ten times for easy walking. I'm really let down by the quality of these shoes; the tops have detached from the bottoms on both pairs. Customer service is poor, clearly a factory issue but they only offer a refund or replacement within 60 days and told me to go to a good cobbler. I wouldn't suggest spending money on these.

I bought 3 pairs of these shoes in 2 months, and at first, I was quite pleased with them; people complimented them and wanted to know where to find a pair. Unfortunately, all three pairs started having problems with the insoles curling up near the toes, which made walking painful, so I got rid of the worst ones since they looked good. Now my brown pair has split at the seam, and the seller has declined to replace them, even though they’ve only been worn about 20 times. They just claim they only offer a 30-day guarantee!! What sort of policy is that from a manufacturer 🤷🏼‍♂️ They obviously have little trust in the durability of their shoes!! They gave me a 35% discount on another pair, but why would I buy another one if they don’t even believe in their own product!! Such a pity as they are very fashionable.

What stops me from giving these shoes 5 stars is that the “leather” (I really doubt it’s leather, they smell like plastic as soon as you open the box, not leather.) Came apart from the rubber sole after a month of using them. What keeps me from giving these shoes 1 star is that they are super comfy and lightweight. So grab some shoe glue to fix them up if you buy these shoes.

I got the Oxford Lisse shoes in black and brown for my husband’s Father’s Day present. Initially, he liked them and found them comfy, plus he received many compliments. However, after just 2 weeks, the sole began coming apart. The quality is quite poor! Trust the reviews!

Low-quality shoes. Bought new shoes for work. Used them the first week I had them. The soles came apart within a couple of days. Had to get them mended while traveling. Spent $125 to repair them so I could keep working. Seems like others faced the same problem.

The shooz are nice looking, and seem good quality. My only issue is that compared to other brands I wear (Skechers, Dockers, Columbia), size 8 wide is too big. My foot is wide but not fat, so there's too much space on top. Online shopping doesn't always work well.

Don't waste your money. Despite being marketed as orthopedic shoes, they don't live up to the claim. Uncomfortable, with flat insoles, and simply not worth the price.

This company is a SCAM. The shoes, advertised as leather, are actually made of plastic. Shipped from China, they take over a month to arrive and are smaller than the size marked on them. Customer service is virtually non-existent. To qualify for a refund, they demand you send the shoes from China to the USA at your own expense. The shoes' value is less than the shipping cost, making it an unreasonable and frustrating situation for customers.

The shoes were stolen from my porch. I emailed the company three times, and all I got in response was asking about the help from Eva, which was none! Now I'm out $69 with no assistance for a replacement pair. Terrible company and terrible customer service.
