Good when it works, awful when it doesn't. I like the features like customizable forms & progress notes. It's simple to manage oversight from supervisor-->supervisee. But, custom forms stopped working (like our custom intake note, which is important for our billing model) two months ago, and customer service has been terrible. They never give timelines, never offer solutions, and show no urgency at all. Because of this bad customer service, we are looking for a different EHR.

I appreciate most of what TheraNest offers

I appreciate most of what TheraNest offers, but there is a text limit when writing a standard psychotherapy note. This can be a problem at times. For instance, when I need to evaluate a patient for suicide or homicide and must include detailed notes for clinical needs and my own protection, it becomes a major concern. I hope this particular restriction gets adjusted.

I utilized Wiley Planner for two years.

I utilized Wiley Planner for two years. Cancelled the monthly charge. Started using TheraNest for weekly progress reports. Wiley erased previous notes until fee was paid. TheraNest should contact Wiley techs to secure notes after service ends.
