I have to say, my experience with the patient portal has been a bit of a rollercoaster. My provider is fantastic, so no complaints there, but the portal? That's another story. It keeps saying my provider isn't covered by my insurance, which is just plain wrong because they bill my insurance every time. My appointments? Sometimes they just vanish into thin air, no cancellation notice, nothing. Then there's the whole time zone mess—schedules in one zone but actually books in another, which really throws me off. They tried to explain it by saying the scheduling feature is only for the first appointment, but come on, it's 2026. Shouldn't the platform handle follow-ups too? It’s just frustrating.
