They need to seriously improve their customer support
I recently tried using this platform and it was a mess. The providers themselves were fine, but the customer service was terrible. You can’t even call them, everything's done through tickets. They completely messed up my insurance details. They kept saying my secondary insurance was my only one, even though I confirmed multiple times it wasn't. It took over a month to fix, and they charged me extra for past sessions. Their customer service felt like talking to robots, just scripted answers. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer support.
