It's had a big effect on my overall health, not just my hair. Doing it as a challenge with accountability meant I actually finished the tasks and could share it with like-minded people along the way. It's improved my hair and motivated me to make good changes for my overall health. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the 14 Day Haircare Challenge! It was well structured and packed with good info. In this short time, I learned a lot that'll help my hair and health. The tools (workbooks, ingredients list, etc.) are well done. I liked the full ingredient list per country with links, so you don't have to search for them yourself. Making homemade shampoo was my favorite part, and I enjoy using it. I noticed less hair loss after just 7 days. If you want to start your hair journey, I recommend this Challenge! :)
