Fun rides, great value

Auto-resistance and rhythm classes made me feel energized, not bored. Bike feels solid. After a month, I’m satisfied with the membership too. Minor tablet update once, fixed fast.

Fast and friendly help

They replied within hours with clear steps to reset the tablet and check Wi-Fi. Professional tone and my issue was fully fixed. Appreciated the follow-up message too.

Good bike, needs sub

Assembly was simple and the LED accents look slick. The classes are the hook, so yes, the subscription matters. Support lagged a day during a promo, but they resolved a squeak with guidance.

Music meets sweat perfectly

It’s a party and a workout. Leaderboard nudges me, lighting seals the mood. Big fan.

Good sweat, mild hiccups

Auto-resistance is clutch. Tablet froze twice in two months. Rebooted and kept rolling. For the price, I can live with it.

Assembly was painless

Took 30 minutes solo. Tablet linked, classes worked. Subscription is necessary for the good stuff.

Beat drop, legs burn

When the track peaked, auto-resistance kicked and I pushed. Smiled, cursed, and finished strong. That loop keeps me coming back.

Simple setup, awesome product, love the idea

Simple setup, awesome product, love the idea of combining music/being on beat for a better workout. The added rewards system to collect points for gift cards is another bonus.

Bought the Lit bike and I'm quite happy

Bought the Lit bike and I'm quite happy with how it's built and how it performs. I'm still looking into the studio classes and the interface. I will have some ideas for improvements there. BUT the gamified fitness is great and really boosts the workout experience.

I really like my bike

I really like my bike. The competitive classes push me to work harder every day. I suggest this bike to anyone who wants to get their heart pumping.

The company isn't good.

The company isn't good. My bike was broken for a long time before they fixed it. I wanted to cancel my membership when it wasn't working, but they kept charging me anyway. They keep promising to give me my money back, but it's been another year and I still haven't gotten it. I won't pay for a membership again until they sort this out.

Initially, I'm not much into the whole

Initially, I'm not much into the whole exercise routine, but I make an effort for the sake of my health. Surprisingly, this bike manages to make the whole ordeal somewhat enjoyable. The classes offered are entertaining, and the rhythm games add a nice touch. The bike itself is constructed well, and it's conveniently easy to maneuver. The software is straightforward and user-friendly. Despite not being a fan of exercise bikes, I find myself genuinely liking this one.

The bike is excellent, but the membership cost is steep

The bike is excellent, but the membership cost is steep, and customer service is lacking. It took five months to secure a three-month refund after a prolonged wait for a monitor replacement. They only agreed to refund the inactive months in exchange for removing my review, which adds a disappointing aspect to the overall experience. The bike's quality contrasts with the frustration caused by extended resolution times and an attempt to manage negative feedback.

The program accessibility needs improvement

Assembly was manageable, but the program accessibility needs improvement. The seat, while not unbearable, could be more comfortable. Overall, decent experience with room for enhancement in program functionality and seat comfort.
