    Wow, what a nightmare! I get that Frontier Airlines is a budget option, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But never in my life have I been treated so terribly by airline staff. When we were boarding, my wife was asked if she knew we were seated in the exit row. She smiled and said yes, but the male worker literally yelled at her, “This is a yes or no question!” It was crazy. His female colleague then made me measure my carry-on with such a nasty attitude that I felt personally attacked. Needless to say, we’ll never fly Frontier again, and our 50,000 social media followers will hear about this awful experience.

    I've flown with Frontier twice now, and it's been a nightmare both times. This last trip from Florida to Denver through Las Vegas was the final straw. They claimed I hadn't paid for round-trip checked luggage, even though I had. Ended up shelling out an extra $180 just for my bags. The seats? Absolute torture.
