    Got the Barclays card, all

    Got the Barclays card, all excited about those Frontier perks—big mistake. Couldn't link the benefits to my Frontier miles account. Supposed to get free bags, 60,000 miles, and free seats after spending $3,000. Instead, the account linked to some random number, not ours. Frontier doesn't take calls unless you're elite, and we’re not matched with an elite number, so we’re stuck. Thought the Go Wild Pass ($600) might help—wrong. Logged in countless times; no flights I want are available under the pass. Had it for over a month, not a single flight taken. Barclays says they can’t do anything. Total scam, super frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

    Had a nightmare of a trip both ways. My first flight got delayed over 3 hours, and they wouldn't refund me even though there's a law saying they must. When I pointed out the effective date of the law, they just shrugged it off. On my return flight, the app wouldn’t let me check in, and the staff at the desk claimed they couldn't help me, even though the flight was still an hour away. Missed that flight for no reason and got charged for a new one later without being asked. They wouldn’t even use my $50 voucher.     I got the Go Wild Pass thinking it'd be a great deal, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. You’re pretty much left hanging with domestic flights confirmed just a day before, and international ones only ten days ahead. It’s a nightmare trying to plan anything without knowing if you’ll have a return flight. Layovers are ridiculously long, like 12 to 48 hours! And more than half the places they say you can fly to aren’t even an option. The worst part? You can't even speak to a real person. It's all through email or chat, and it feels like they’re dodging real contact. Definitely not worth the hassle or the hype. Avoid this pass!

    I tried using Go Wild Pass, and honestly, it's a joke. I mean, you can't book a flight 24 hours before departure - how ridiculous is that? They only let you choose flights with over 10 hours nonstop if you pay full price. When I called customer service, it was just a nightmare. The reps, based in India, were no help whatsoever, just reading from a script without actually listening to my problem. And don't even get me started on ORD airport. They have one person working in the morning for domestic flights, so it's like gambling if you'll even make it on time. Seriously, avoid them at all costs. This service is a total scam.

    I booked a trip from Houston to Vegas with Frontier. Timing was perfect for us, not even about the price. Then, they had this True Love promo, so we canceled and rebooked to get the extra suitcase and better seats. Everything seemed fine. But then they changed the flight time from 5 PM to 6 AM and added a stopover in Denver, which doubled the travel time. When I tried to cancel because they changed it, all I could get was travel credit. I paid with my credit card and now we’re stuck with a credit we can’t use since we live in Europe. Frontier is all about the money, and it’s just the worst. Avoid them if you can.
