I had the worst experience
I had the worst experience with customer service at the airport recently. Even though I arrived at the gate 10 minutes before closing, they didn't let me board the flight because I forgot to check in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I don't understand where they find such unprofessional employees. After missing the flight, I realized I left my jacket and wallet in the sitting area. When I asked for help, the staff claimed they couldn't find it, but I eventually found it myself near the gate. It's hard to trust employees who act this way. When I tried to take pictures, they covered their ID badges. What are they hiding? This airline really needs to reevaluate their hiring practices.
