    I had the worst experience

    I had the worst experience with customer service at the airport recently. Even though I arrived at the gate 10 minutes before closing, they didn't let me board the flight because I forgot to check in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I don't understand where they find such unprofessional employees. After missing the flight, I realized I left my jacket and wallet in the sitting area. When I asked for help, the staff claimed they couldn't find it, but I eventually found it myself near the gate. It's hard to trust employees who act this way. When I tried to take pictures, they covered their ID badges. What are they hiding? This airline really needs to reevaluate their hiring practices.

    Flying with Frontier was an absolute nightmare. The flight was delayed, but the real issue was the staff's behavior. I've never seen flight attendants be so rude and dismissive. Even with frustrated kids on board, they lacked any compassion and seemed to enjoy mocking us. And then the pilot? Unbelievable. He actually threatened a passenger just because she asked about how we were going to deboard without a bay crew and the Atlanta train shutting down soon. It was chaos. The attendant lied to the pilot, making everything worse. I will never fly with them again, and everyone on that flight deserves a full refund. Frontier, do better. Please hire professionals who actually care about their passengers.

    I thought getting Priority First Boarding with Frontier Airlines would make my trip a breeze, especially since I had an important film shoot in North Carolina the next day. But things went south fast. When boarding started, I showed up early, thinking I'd skip the line. Instead, I got told to print my e-ticket, even though I had it on my phone. Made me wait till everyone else was on. Then, outta nowhere, they bumped me off the flight! No reason, nothing. Just a cold “that’s policy.” It was late, and I was desperate. Asked for help, but they shrugged, saying they were just a third-party. Had to buy a last-minute $600 ticket with another airline. Frontier? Never heard back from them. Not cool at all.

    I had a rough trip with Frontier recently. My flight from San Diego to Tampa had a layover in Denver. Things went south when we landed in Denver; the departure process was chaotic, and we had to deplane onto the tarmac, which made us late for the connecting flight.     I had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines. My mother-in-law was rushed to the emergency room just before we were supposed to fly out. Since my husband holds power of attorney for her health, we had to cancel our trip. I called Frontier immediately and provided them with the POA. Instead of being understanding, they demanded a specific document from the doctor stating my husband needed to care for his mom for the next 90 days. Seriously? Asking for that when doctors are busy saving lives is just ridiculous. The POA already showed he could make healthcare decisions. Frontier's demands were completely unreasonable and added stress to an already tough situation. Never flying with them again.

    Wow, dealing with this airline was a nightmare. The website is a mess, and trying to make sense of their layover options is just exhausting. I knew I was buying a cheap ticket, but I didn't expect to get stuck with no real way to contact them. Tried canceling my flight and ended up losing my entire $190. They tossed me an $87 travel credit, but it’s only for me. Asked if I could transfer it to my son, and that was a big fat no. Why would I ever use them again? Their customer service is non-existent; the 800 number just pushes you into a chat that takes forever and solves nothing. If you don’t fly often, steer clear and pay a bit more for a better airline. Never again with this heartless company.

Anyone could have just walked off with it! That's just not safe. Then there's the check-in process. If you don't have a smartphone, you're basically out of luck unless you want to pay extra. This is especially tough on seniors and those not into tech. And get this: you might have to pay $25 just to talk to someone at the counter. It feels like they're more interested in fees than actual customer service. Frontier really needs to rethink this, for everyone's sake.

And this wasn’t a one-time thing; I had to rebook another trip because of a last-minute schedule change weeks before. I’ve already complained to the U.S. Department of Transportation. Seriously, save yourself the headache and choose a different airline.

They just kept pointing fingers and talking down to me. In the end, I had to buy a last-minute ticket with another airline. The whole thing cost me time, money, and a lot of stress. This was not what I expected from an airline, and I hope they look into it.

    Imagine this: My son, all ready to fly back home, gets his flight canceled just an hour before departure because of some so-called "airport maintenance." He had checked in five hours earlier, only to be left high and dry. All the flights from LAX were booked solid, and there was no help from the airline. No hotel, no transport, no food money. Just stuck, 700 miles from home. We tried talking to their supervisors, but all they offered was a measly $50 travel certificate. Seriously? That doesn’t even cover dinner these days! Frontier, you've lost us for good. I’m spreading the word to family and friends—no one else should go through this. Unbelievable customer service, or rather, the lack of it.

    I landed in Tampa on Monday night with Frontier flight 2560, and what a chaotic experience that was! Arrived early with my elderly mom, thinking everything was sorted. Wrong! The place was a mess; earlier flights had caused a ripple of confusion, and the information on the screens didn’t match anything the staff was saying. Speaking of which, the staff were no help—rude and dismissive. When I mentioned my mom needed assistance, they just brushed me off. The boarding process was equally chaotic, with passengers for different flights getting mixed up. It was a stressful start to our trip, to say the least.

    Flying with Frontier Airlines was a nightmare! My flight from Vegas to Reno got canceled out of the blue. They handed me a hotel and meal voucher, but only for one night in a dodgy area and just one meal. And then, they told me I couldn’t get another flight for four days! I had family plans and couldn’t wait that long, so I had to shell out $180 to book a flight with another airline the next day. Reaching customer service was a joke. No one to talk to on the phone, just a chat system where I waited over two hours with zero response. If your flight gets canceled, you're basically stuck. Frontier might be cheap, but when things go wrong, you're left in the lurch. Never flying with them again!

    You wouldn't believe what happened at Chicago O’Hare with Frontier Airlines. We were on the verge of missing our flight, all thanks to a rather unhelpful employee named Brenda. She couldn't print my husband's boarding pass and weirdly directed us to customs clearance, who promptly pointed out that it was a Frontier issue. When we got back to Brenda, she just shrugged and said she couldn’t help. It was beyond frustrating. We insisted on talking to someone else, and thank goodness the next agent sorted it out in no time. The whole ordeal was stressful and unnecessary. Frontier really needs to step up their training game—Brenda was not equipped to handle the situation properly.

    Frontier Airlines is a total disaster. I had this late-night flight at 10 pm, and just as I'm wrapping up check-in and breezing through security, bam! They offer a $75 flight voucher (like I'd ever fly with them again!) and a measly $15 food voucher that's pretty much useless in airport restaurants. And claiming it? A nightmare. Plus, they find ways to make you check bags that are small, charging $70, and if you dare check in person, that’s an extra $45. Seriously, avoid these scammers at all costs.

    I can't believe how terrible my recent experience was with this airline. Tried to check-in online using my PC and four different browsers, but nothing worked! Pages kept glitching and said my documents needed verifying, but the button to do so wasn't even a link. My profile had all the necessary info, yet I couldn't get past this step. Finally switched to their Android app, which got me to the check-in screen. Only then did it inform me that I needed a visa, 48 hours in advance! I was less than 24 hours from my flight. Absolute nightmare. And forget about talking to a human unless you're elite status or flying within 24 hours. Worst online airline experience ever!

I tried getting them to book me on a different airline, but they just flat-out refused. I ended up having to shell out $485 for a last-minute one-way ticket, hoping they'd reimburse me. Nope, no luck there either. All they gave me was a refund of my original $102 fare and a $100 voucher for future travel. After being left in a bind like that, I'm not so sure I'd fly with them again.
