    I took a flight from

I took a flight from Sacramento to Phoenix with an 18-hour layover in Las Vegas. The first leg was fine. The next morning, I was at the gate waiting for my 9:30am flight. After an hour, I noticed it was 9:20am and still no boarding calls. I checked my email and saw there was a gate change! I rushed to the new gate, had to take a train, but missed the flight by minutes. The gate agents said I'd need to buy a new ticket, which I couldn't afford. Tried to talk to a supervisor, but they were all in a meeting. Called customer service, and the agent was unhelpful and rude, even denying there was a gate change. He hung up on me. Now, I'm stuck at the Vegas airport, waiting for hours for a manager. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Worst airline experience ever. Never flying Frontier again.

    Flying with Frontier is honestly

Flying with Frontier is honestly a rollercoaster. Last week’s trip to Vegas was a disaster with all those delays, but I had another flight with them from Detroit to Dallas today, and it wasn’t any better. The agents were just plain rude. My ticket was booked a month in advance, but when I checked in, I wasn’t given a seat unless I paid extra, which felt like a rip-off. At the gate, they announced the flight was oversold, and I was stuck without a seat. I ended up buying one through the app just to secure a spot. It felt like they wanted that from the beginning. The gate agent was unnecessarily harsh, making announcements that were almost scolding us passengers. One nice lady did put me in 13c, but overall, Frontier’s approach left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I’m done with them.

    Flying back to LAX from

Flying back to LAX from Georgia was a nightmare. I had a carry-on and two checked bags, having paid for the extra bag online. At the airport, the staff insisted my carry-on wasn't allowed, even though I'd paid for it. The lady at the counter was acting really suspicious, especially with how she eyed my Tumi carry-on. I tried to transfer some stuff, but she hurriedly checked in my lighter bag, leaving the heavier one behind, making it impossible to transfer my things. It felt like she knew exactly what she was doing. My Chanel bag worth $5,100 was in that carry-on, and I had no choice but to check it in. The whole experience was shady and frustrating. I wouldn't trust this airline again. They seem to know too much about valuable items and how to make them "disappear.

    Dominican Republic

    Worst travel experience ever.

Traveling with my family from Orlando to the Dominican Republic on Frontier was a real mess. I had booked the Frontier Business bundle and got seats upfront for my disabled mother-in-law. But at the gate, things went downhill fast. Our e-Ticket session expired, and once we sorted it out, the gate agent ripped up our boarding passes without any explanation. We got new seats far apart in the back, which was a disaster for my mother-in-law who’s an amputee. One airport worker got mad when I said my mother-in-law couldn’t walk to the back. Another worker finally brought a chair to help, but then they wanted her to sit alone at the front. We fought to stay together. The whole ordeal was draining and showed zero respect for disabled passengers. Worst travel experience ever.

    Without customer care

I gotta share my recent nightmare with Frontier Airlines. Picture this: arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare, thinking everything's smooth sailing. But nope! We were shuffled from one counter to the next, and the staff, especially this one guy, was beyond rude. He claimed we were late even though we were totally on time! At the gate, things went downhill fast. Ryan and Felix, who were supposed to help, acted like bullies. They demanded an extra $25 on the spot, or no boarding for us. We tried to explain our situation, but it was like talking to a wall. Honestly, Frontier's so-called deals are just traps to squeeze more money outta folks. If you value your peace of mind, steer clear of them. They’re not about customer care, just about making a quick buck.

    The Frontier "Go Wild" pass

The Frontier "Go Wild" pass turned out to be a huge letdown. My daughter and I got these passes thinking we’d snag some great travel deals, but nope, not once in a year could we use them. The blackout dates were ridiculous, like they were purposely set to make the pass useless when you actually want to travel. And having to book flights just a day in advance? Felt like trying to win the lottery. Planning anything, be it a family getaway or a work trip, was impossible. Trying to get help from their customer service was just as frustrating. They’d just direct you back to the sneaky fine print on their site. Honestly, it felt like we were just handing Frontier free money. I’d rather support a real cause with that cash. Seriously, skip the headache and avoid this pass!

    I was at San Diego

I was at San Diego International recently, and let me tell ya, the scene over at Terminal 1 is something else. Spirit and Frontier share the space, and man, the chaos is real. Frontier opens their ticket counter just 2 hours before a flight, then shuts it down an hour later, leaving passengers scrambling. As a Spirit customer, I watched as folks wandered over to Spirit's counter, desperate for help with their Frontier flights. The poor Spirit agents seemed overwhelmed, constantly pointing people to the airport paging phones. It's like watching a mini circus. And those paging announcements? They barely work, maybe 1 in 20 times. Watching all this, I couldn't help but think Frontier needs to step up their game, or they might lose more than a few passengers.

    I've only been with this

I've only been with this internet provider for three weeks and it's been a nightmare. The speeds I'm getting are nowhere near what was promised – it takes forever to load simple websites. Tried to get help through their online chat, but they couldn't figure it out and set up a technician visit. I rearranged my whole day for it, but no one showed. When I called, they said the appointment was canceled because I didn’t respond. Respond to what? I never got any message. The customer service rep I talked to was hard to understand, and they said I need a premium membership to talk to someone in the US. Seriously? Plus, the installation was rushed and they didn’t explain anything, so I’m clueless when I need help. Switching to AT&T as soon as possible.

    I gotta share what went

I gotta share what went down with Frontier Airlines recently. So, I was flying from Vegas to Orlando on June 6, 2025, and things just went south. I shelled out over $100 for my bags, one carry-on and one checked, right? At the airport, not only was the flight super delayed, but a staff member said the flight was full and asked me to check my carry-on. She promised I'd get a refund since I'd already paid. Fast forward, I reach out for that refund, and suddenly, the story changes. First, it’s some mix-up about my carry-on, then they say it was oversized, and finally, they claim the employee denied everything. It's like they're calling me a liar! I’ve complained to DOT, BBB, and more, because this is just not okay. Airlines need to keep their word.

    I tried checking in for

I tried checking in for my flight on 10/30/24 for a 10/31/24 departure, but the app refused to work. Couldn't even reach customer care via phone. The website just kept pushing me to use the app. Finally, got someone on chat and explained my issue. The app kept asking me to buy seats even though I already had them paid for. The rep insisted I needed to buy seats to check-in. After 20 minutes of back and forth, I gave in, or I would’ve missed my flight. I even had proof of my seat purchase for $68. During my layover in Dallas, the app didn’t update my connecting flight time change. Frontier used to be reliable, but now it’s impossible to get help unless you’re an Elite Flyer. This treatment isn’t fair, especially since we pay good money to fly.

Flying with Frontier was like stepping into a comedy of errors, except it wasn't funny. Imagine this: five hours before takeoff, bam! Flight canceled. Panic mode activated. We scrambled to book another flight, shelling out extra cash, and now we're stuck in this refund maze for the flight we missed. We finally got home, and surprise! Our bags vanished. Apparently, we weren't alone—five other families lost theirs too. Day six rolls around, and after a call saying they found the bags, still nothing. They say, "Your bags are safe, should be delivered soon," but it's been a week. I even offered to fetch them myself, but nope, no guarantee they'd hand them over. Needed those items for a wedding, but all I got was sweet talk. Frontier? Never again!

Got to the airport an hour before my flight, and there was nobody at the counter—seriously, not a soul for 20 minutes. Some helpful custodian told me to just head through TSA. I get to the gate 35 minutes before the flight, and guess what? The plane took off early. The agents I finally found were so rude and zero help. Now I'm stuck at the airport for 19 hours waiting for the next flight, and then there's a 16-hour layover. Can't even get a refund, even with the flight protection plan I paid extra for. Lost some stuff at TSA too, and nobody was at the desk where I checked my luggage. Missing an important business meeting now, losing wages and time. This is really unprofessional and feels like a scam. Will never fly Frontier again. Avoid them!

    Flying with Frontier was such

Flying with Frontier was such a disaster for my family that we've sworn them off for good. Our flight, which was supposed to take off at 10:35pm, ended up delayed for over three hours before they just cancelled it at 1am. They promised a hotel voucher via email, but nothing ever showed up. We were rebooked for the same time the next night, but guess what? That flight got cancelled too at the last minute with zero explanation. Their website conveniently stopped working, so we couldn't even get help or a refund. By the time we added up all the unexpected costs—hotels, Ubers, meals, and eventually another flight on a different airline—it was clear we should have just gone with a better airline from the start. Avoid Frontier like the plague.

Flying with Frontier Airlines was a mess. We had a rough start with the stroller tag situation. At check-in, they said we'd get it when boarding, but that wasn’t the case. Once in line, they claimed we should’ve gotten it earlier. Our flight was over two hours late, which happens, but then they switched planes and shuffled our seats three times. Traveling with family, we ended up scattered all over the place. The flight attendants weren’t helpful; they were downright rude. The seats felt like hard plastic, no comfort whatsoever. No free drinks or snacks, either – everything’s extra. Plus, they wanted to check my carry-on, but I needed it for my 4-year-old. Then we were misdirected to the wrong baggage claim. Never again with Frontier!

    I was flying with Frontier

I was flying with Frontier and had a small, softside duffle that I knew would fit under the seat. When I got to the gate, they made me pay extra for it, even though it was within their guidelines. The gate agent said I could request a refund later. Onboard, I put my bag under the seat and took a picture to show it fit perfectly. Tried to request a refund online, but there was no submit button. Called customer service and ended up in a text chat, only to be told to contact the airport. They refused to refund me, even though I followed their instructions. They offered a one-time voucher, but it's worth less than what I paid. Very frustrating experience. Left complaints with Frontier and BBB. Definitely won't fly with them again.

Flying through Orlando airport with Frontier was a nightmare. I tried checking in online but couldn't get my boarding pass anywhere on the website. My dad even tried, and we found nothing. I hoped it would be emailed, but nope. When I dropped off my bags, they charged me $25 per person just to print our boarding passes. Ridiculous! At the gate, after already paying a ton for checked bags, they stopped me and demanded another $99 for my backpack, which fit under the seat but apparently not in their tiny measuring frame. Clearly, they're just out to squeeze more money from people. Their policies are absurd and unfair. I met other passengers who got free carry-on allowances, which made it even worse. Never flying Frontier again.

Flying with Frontier was a nightmare. Our trip to San Juan got off to a terrible start when we found out at the airport that our flight was canceled. The staff offered a flight with a 16-hour layover two days later, but we found a direct flight online for the next day. Even then, they insisted it didn’t exist until we showed it on our phones. No compensation or hotel was offered, so we had to deal with a costly hotel room, Ubers, and a 12-hour wait at the airport. The seats on the plane were incredibly uncomfortable with minimal legroom. To make matters worse, our return flight was delayed by 5 hours because they didn’t have enough staff. Communication was awful, and the airport staff were unhelpful. Never flying Frontier again.

Flying with Frontier was quite an unexpected adventure. I booked them last minute after my original flight got canceled. Right off the bat, being a non-American citizen meant I couldn’t check in online, so I had to fork out an extra $25 just to check in at Tampa. The seats were super cramped, and every little snack and drink came with a price tag, starting at $4.99. The return flight was a mix of chaos and confusion. We got delayed an hour because a flight attendant, who wasn’t in the best mood, kicked off a passenger for taking out his vape. To top it off, once we landed, we were stuck on the runway for 90 minutes. No water, lots of restless kids, and zero communication about what was going on. Not a trip I’d want to repeat.

Booked a flight for my son's graduation, and what a mess it turned into. They canceled my flight outta nowhere. Options? Either wait for a refund that'd take ages or get a credit, but they'd shave off 20 bucks. I went for the credit to rebook fast. Tried using it, but the system insisted my info didn't match. It was like talking to a wall. Calling them was no better—only flight they offered had a layover in Denver for a whole day, despite plenty of flights showing online. They wanted to charge extra for booking over the phone, even though their website failed me. They even tried to charge for carry-ons! After arguing, they finally agreed to a refund. Missed my son's graduation because of them. Thanks, Frontier, for nothing.

It's chaos with a price tag

Imagine this: I'm at the airport with my two little ones, ages 5 and 8, and Frontier Airlines somehow splits our reservations without even letting me know. Total chaos. I'm asking for help, and the staff? Completely unbothered and cold. Then there's the luggage fiasco. I prepaid for our bags, but they tried to charge me again. Showed them my receipt, and they looked at me like I was speaking another language. Oh, and those seats I paid extra for? Didn't get them. We sat wherever we could squeeze in. Spent two hours on the phone with customer service, only to get robotic replies. And to top it all off, our return flight was delayed by two hours. Even if Frontier offered free flights, I'd pass. It's chaos with a price tag.

Booked my Miami to San Juan trip well in advance with Frontier, thinking it would be smooth sailing. I originally had a flight departing at 10:25 AM and returning at 6:58 PM. But just today, I got a notification that my departure got pushed to 8:45 PM! The return got a small shift to 5:22 PM, which is fine, but that departure change is just crazy. Paid about €140 per flight without luggage, and they’re offering either to accept the change, pick alternatives starting at €680, or get a refund. The alternatives seem like a joke, honestly. It's almost cheaper to just skip this flight and book fresh elsewhere. Frontier, you really dropped the ball here. Definitely would advise others to spend a bit more and avoid this hassle.

    Super frustrating!

So, let me tell you about my wild morning with Frontier. I was all set for my early flight, and everything said Terminal E. Guess what? The plane was actually at Terminal D. I wasn't the only one — I saw at least five others in the same boat. By the time I raced over, the plane had already left. Frontier's solution? A 3 p.m. rebook, but with a fee. That would’ve messed up my plans to hang with family. I tried to cancel my return flight for a refund, but they wanted a fee for that too. I spoke to a supervisor and showed them proof of their mistake, but all they offered was a travel credit. I asked for a refund, and they flat-out refused, hiding behind some policy that didn’t even apply to my situation. Super frustrating!

Tried different browsers, no luck. Eventually called customer service. They said to just check in at the airport since they had some online issues. Flying with this airline was a complete disaster. From Philly to Orlando, the seats were cramped, and legroom was non-existent. I paid $75 for my checked bag, but on the way back, they charged me another $75 and claimed my bag was three pounds overweight. Customer service was a nightmare – endless calls, unhelpful bots, and a long wait for an agent who refused to refund me. To top it off, we were delayed 45 minutes due to over-fueling. We had a nightmare with Frontier Airlines at Salt Lake City Airport. Our flight got delayed for hours, and nobody bothered to explain why. We kept asking the staff, but they just shrugged us off. It was really frustrating because we had planned this vacation and drove over three hours to catch the flight. The delay messed up our entire schedule, and by the time they decided to help us, the next flight was two days away. No hotel or meal vouchers were offered, nothing at all. We had to shell out $1,500 for new flights with another airline and cover hotel costs ourselves. Frontier's customer service was a joke and left us stressed and out of pocket. Never flying with them again, and I'd recommend steering clear.

But then, security stops me, saying I hadn't checked in 24 hours prior. I mean, I bought the ticket less than 24 hours ago, how on earth was I supposed to check in that early? Trying to sort it out, I call customer service, who insists I "no-showed." I’m literally standing in the airport, way before my flight is scheduled, and they’re telling me this? All because of some ridiculous rule about check-in that I couldn't possibly follow. I was at my wits’ end, trying to explain the obvious to the agent, but it felt like talking to a wall. I had an absolute nightmare with Frontier Airlines, and it left me completely drained. After a delay with Delta, I was rebooked on Frontier, hoping to just get home. Instead, it was a disaster. They tried to charge me $204 for an overweight bag, even though their policy states it should be $75 to $100. When I questioned it, the gate agent got aggressive and, without any warning, canceled my ticket because I couldn't pay right away. They left me stranded and refused a refund. So, there I was, excited for my trip after snagging what seemed like a great deal on a flight. But, get this—after buying the ticket, they hit me with a surprise $70 fee each way just for a carry-on. Seriously? How does it make sense for a bag to cost more than the actual seat? It's like they trick you with the cheap ticket only to hit you with hidden fees. And the chaos didn’t stop there. Despite calling and being assured there were no delays, I arrived early just to find out the flight was delayed by four hours. And then, while we were stuck on the plane, they tacked on another hour. If they could just be upfront about everything, maybe folks like me would consider flying with them again. But I'm done.

Traveling with Frontier Airlines was an absolute nightmare for my family. On our way back from Buffalo to Atlanta, the flight was canceled over ten times from morning to afternoon. They kept us trapped on the plane for more than five hours, refusing to let anyone off without losing their ticket and luggage. It felt like being held hostage. No food, no water, no air—it was suffocating. The crew ignored us, and it got so hot that an elderly passenger had a seizure. Watching that was terrifying, and it could have been prevented. This isn't just bad service; it's a disgrace. Frontier treated us like cargo, not people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone—choose another airline for your own safety and sanity.

I ended up rushing to the Tampa airport, which, by the way, I’d never been to before, and I missed the check-in cutoff by just a minute. They gave me a number to call for credit, but that got denied pretty quick. Felt like they just took my money. They offered another flight for an extra $300, but it wasn’t even direct. Had other plans, so that was a no-go. Ended up booking with Alaska for the next day instead. Also, dealing with a service dog made it all the more stressful. Lesson learned, I’m sticking with airlines that actually help.
