Customer service like this is rare these days. I had several problems with a CAD credit card online, but they kept following up and offered really good help. I wish other companies were as caring as this one. This is my second PuffCo buy, and their prices are honestly the lowest online. I'll be gifting PuffCo to everyone this Christmas... Looking forward to my next purchase!
