Here’s my honest review from my perspective. The resume I got was definitely better than the one I originally gave them, so I’ll give them credit for that. But honestly, I wasn’t really impressed with the overall quality. Some of the job descriptions had symbols that could cause problems when trying to upload the resume into some company systems. Also, the content didn’t feel very strong, more like filler than real substance. It almost felt like the resume was just put together from a few others and lightly edited, or maybe even made by AI, without much personal input or real detail. Even though I won’t use this company again, I’d say it could be useful if you’re struggling with your resume and need some help to start. Just know that the final version might need some extra work to really make it what you want.
