Bought several things, including five big items like jackets and sweaters worth over $1500, but they never showed up. I contacted Todd Snyder, and they just said the items were sent. They wouldn't help and told me to contact my credit card company instead. I spent a lot of money on stuff I didn't get, and Todd Snyder isn't doing anything about it. Feels like robbry.

I've placed three orders with Todd Snyder. They got only one of those orders right. Plus, if Todd Snyder were a genuine high-end brand, the staff at the stores wouldn’t refuse to help with returns.
