    A bit of a letdown

    I recently ordered some clothes online, and while they're really stylish and comfortable, the shipping was a bit of a letdown. Paid extra for the 3-day delivery, expecting to have my order in hand on time. But, it took an extra day to arrive. It's just one day late, but when you pay for a specific service, you kinda expect it to be on point, right? I shop with Ralph Lauren quite a bit, and their delivery is always spot-on, so it's a bit frustrating. If TS wants to keep me as a loyal customer, they gotta sort out their shipping game.

    Bought several things, including five big items like jackets and sweaters worth over $1500, but they never showed up. I contacted Todd Snyder, and they just said the items were sent. They wouldn't help and told me to contact my credit card company instead. I spent a lot of money on stuff I didn't get, and Todd Snyder isn't doing anything about it. Feels like robbry.

    Received a $1200 suit order, but a pair of sneakers arrived instead. Contacted customer support, only to hear the suit is now out of stock. Quite let down and a bit irritated by this experience. Hoped for something diffrent
