I rarely write bad reviews, but I'm really let down by Miracle sheets this time. I had a set from years ago that I loved. (generation 1, 95% cotton, 5% polyester.) The new extra luxe set I got recently is not as nice in both feel and quality. They don't stay cool at night and even after washing, they feel kind of scratchy. I saw on the website that you can try them for 30 days and return them for free. But when I asked about returning, they said they don't take international returns. (I guess when you order from miracle sheets Canada, you have to pay duties on delivery and the rules are different. I should have cancelled my order.) They also mentioned they have no control over which generation gets sent out. What a waste of 260$. I gave 2 stars since I liked my first set, even though the fitted sheet tore after a little over a year of use. The pillow cases are still my favourite.

They vanish without a trace and ignore emails, leaving you without assistance. Consider other reputable bedding companies that offer reliable products and better customer service. This is a cautionary note based on my personal experience.

I've had good service with this company. Ordering is easy, delivery is on time, and the product matches its ads. Sheets feel silky and soft, easy to put on, and stay cool in summer. Very pleased! First order came with a free towel, which is fantastic! Will buy more!

I've had mine for half a year and they seem like a cat has been scratching them all over. I don’t have a cat, just normal use of sheets...nothing crazy! I've honestly had sheets that are 20 years old in better shape than these after just 6 months : (

These bedsheets are amazing! I'm a hot sleeper and usually sweat a lot at night (thanks to hot flashes); these sheets help keep me cool. After using them, I've had the best sleep in months. I'd recommend them to everyone!

I purchased the sheets and I’m not impressed with them at all. I tried emailing the company and the email keeps getting bounced back. There’s not a phone number to call either. Warning, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Fantastic sheets! The greatest I’ve ever used! They feel very soft and have a cool feel, they are big enough to fit nicely on your bed. They clean up nicely. I would highly recomend these sheets to anyone!!
