I required over 40 window treatments
I required over 40 window treatments for my home and, considering the pricing, I decided to give Just Blinds a shot. Unfortunately, reaching their Customer Service turned out to be a complex task. Despite ordering more than 15 samples and opting for expedited shipping due to the substantial volume of window treatments I needed, I only received half of the samples. After enduring a wait of over two weeks, I received an email, which, frustratingly, had no reply option, inquiring about my satisfaction with the samples.
Upon calling Customer Service, I found myself on hold for over 20 minutes before being informed that they can only ship a maximum of 10 samples at a time, as per their fine print. To my dismay, they chose to disregard the rest of my order without any prior notification or explanation. The only solution offered was to reorder the missing samples and try my luck again. If this is the level of pre-sales service they provide, I am inclined to explore alternative suppliers.
