They will charge you even if you cancel your free trial

Uodated: They made it right. Though their product was not for me it was still a very good well made service that I think will work for others. I signed up for a free trial and then signed up for an additional add on to the free trial. I decided the product was over priced and not for me. I cancelled my trial well within the time frame but saw I was charged anyways on the 20th. When I contacted the merchant on the 22nd to request a refund they told me my cancelation request was only good for the first part of the free trial and not the additional add on free trial and refuse to refund me. The issue I have is there was only one subscription cancelation option on the site which I used. There was no other option and no other mention of requiring a second cancelation in order to fully cancel the free trial. It's very misleading.

Het bekijken van alle producten is vermoeiend en het vinden van geschikte producten voor iemand die in Duitsland woont, is niet heel makelijk. De app is vooral bedoeld voor gebruik in de VS en minder voor andere delen van de wereld. Desondanks veel om te leren en een paar heel nuttige inzichten die ik graag wil proberen!

I appreciate the knowledge and learning offered, and it’s done in small chunks for easier comprehension and absorption. One area that could be improved is adding a filter for vegetarian recipes. Apart from that, this tool is really useful, and I’m glad I signed up. Hoping for good results at age 40.

The scientific topics are shown in a simple, friendly manner. Feels like a buddy talking to you. Really engaging content. Small tests after each chapter make the learning stronger. I was actually suprised how good it was, at first i believed it might just be hype.

There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring for someone not into food science. The meal plans aren’t very useful. The recipes are nice, but I would like only 3-ingredient meals, so these don’t fit me. Also, you ask how much time I want to spend on cooking, but don’t follow it in the plan. For example, I chose 10 mins for lunch or dinner, but the plans have meals taking 20-30 mins, so it’s not good for me. It would be helpful to have a list showing what we get from each recipe – like how much polyunsaturated fats, iron, or total calories.

Support staff were realy nice.

Support staff were realy nice. The plan we got, in our case, was stuff we probly could have just looked up online, so the cost didn’t feel fair. Some recipes were pretty decent, just wish more of them had meat in them. For how it worked for us, we’d give the program a 3/5, and just 1/5 when it comes to how they handle refunds. But the help we got with getting our refund was great — Estefany was patient and easy to talk to.

Don’t try to free trial!

It was a great course but I would not go for the free trial as they force you to subscribe to a meal plan to move forward with the free subscription. When cancelling your free subscription make sure to cancel BOTH subscriptions or you will end up paying with no chance for a refund

Shady business - be aware of the charges

The business is shady AF! Thied their "free" trial took the course and looked at the meal plan. What I did not notice is that looking at the meal plan activated another subscription period that was separate from the fertility course. I cancelled the initial plan a day before the trial ended and then discovered few days later that they took 105 USD (6 months subscription) from my account for the meal plan - which apparently needed to be cancelled separately. Wrote to the customer support as I did not need the meal plan but they refused to refund. Very disappointed! Be aware!
