The details shared about different causes of infertility are really great. This is the understanding and insight I needed about my body and the whole process, including what foods help or hurt fertility. Support staff were realy nice. The plan we got, in our case, was stuff we probly could have just looked up online, so the cost didn’t feel fair. Some recipes were pretty decent, just wish more of them had meat in them. For how it worked for us, we’d give the program a 3/5, and just 1/5 when it comes to how they handle refunds. But the help we got with getting our refund was great — Estefany was patient and easy to talk to.

At first, the website didn’t give much detail about the course or the way this program is designed. After I joined, I saw the platform is really helpful and motivating. Just began, but liking it up to now! Note, for people outside America, it might be pretty expensive.

Scam artist

They lure you in with a free trial. I canceled the free trial within 5 days. Apparently they without consent also signed me up for a meal plan ( without my awareness) that requires a separate cancellation. I don’t think it was even available to cancel when I signed on to cancel. Only after seeing the surprise charge on the credit card did they respond by saying that I have a meal Plan for 99 dollars that I was unaware of. There is no way to talk to a human. STAY AWaY. They are about product placement and scamming you out of your hard earned money.

There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring

There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring for someone not into food science. The meal plans aren’t very useful. The recipes are nice, but I would like only 3-ingredient meals, so these don’t fit me. Also, you ask how much time I want to spend on cooking, but don’t follow it in the plan. For example, I chose 10 mins for lunch or dinner, but the plans have meals taking 20-30 mins, so it’s not good for me. It would be helpful to have a list showing what we get from each recipe – like how much polyunsaturated fats, iron, or total calories.

I hope you would be able to see this before even signing up for the trial. I signed for the trial but did not fully attempt the quizzes, reading materials, courses after the 2 days as it was not sustainable. A cancellation was done after the trial ended and I received a charge of USD159. Beware that though you would receive daily reminders to attempt the quizzes, you will not be receiving reminders before they charge. Despite appeals sent and telling them that the app doesnt work and its not suitable for me, the payment team suggested for me to continue to use the app until my subscription ends and if I do not conceive then I could file for a refund. What's the point of continuing the app when it's not suitable and why refund me only later when they could actually execute it now? This is just too draining to handle. Therefore, please proceed with caution and look at all the other 1 star reviews on double billing, not delivering what they promised as well as the substandard services and other billing related feedback.

Ik leer veel nuttige informatie die ik niet wist over hoe mijn dieet mijn vruchtbaarheid kan beïnvloeden. Ik vind het fijn dat de informatie makkelijk te lezen is, boeiend en goed verdeeld is zodat het makkelijk te begrijpen is. De quizzen zijn ook handig om zeker te weten dat ik alles begrijp.

Geweldig! Ik heb zoveel geleerd op een snelle en makkelijke manier. Ook veel informatie opgefrist die ik al wist, maar het wordt op een veel beter te begrijpen manier gepresenteerd. Het voelt alsof ik het echt begrijp en het kan toepassen. Ik ben blij met de winkeltips en productvoorbeelden, omdat dit precies is wat ik in het echte dagelijks leven wil toepassen.

Don’t try to free trial!

It was a great course but I would not go for the free trial as they force you to subscribe to a meal plan to move forward with the free subscription. When cancelling your free subscription make sure to cancel BOTH subscriptions or you will end up paying with no chance for a refund

Watch out, scam!

Another tricked lady.. I asked Estefany, with whom I communicated, if she could take responsibility for her fraudulent actions. 100s of euros for a meal plan?! I was scammed for 500 euros for a course that I did nothing with. High price paid for my curiosity. This is total fraud while I canceled in time for the rest of the program. I got a nonsense answer back that this is their policy. I answered that I see it as my job to place bad reviews, to warn my sister communities about these scammers so that they in turn can pass this on. I like to do business with honest companies and want this nonsense to stop quickly.

Het bekijken van alle producten is vermoeiend en het vinden van geschikte producten voor iemand die in Duitsland woont, is niet heel makelijk. De app is vooral bedoeld voor gebruik in de VS en minder voor andere delen van de wereld. Desondanks veel om te leren en een paar heel nuttige inzichten die ik graag wil proberen!

Avoid This Company – Unfair Policies and Terrible Customer Service

I strongly advise against this company. Their sign-up process is misleading, and their customer service is completely unresponsive when it comes to resolving legitimate issues. I unknowingly ended up with two separate subscriptions because their emails failed to clearly indicate that multiple sign-ups had occurred. Despite reaching out multiple times to explain the situation, they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind rigid policies instead of addressing the lack of transparency in their communication. A reputable company values customer trust and goodwill, but this one seems more interested in holding onto unfairly charged fees than in doing the right thing. If you ever run into a problem, don’t expect any support or accountability from them. Save yourself the frustration and dont ever subscribe to that awful service!
