    I bought a dress from this website, and while the dress itself was fine, the shipping took forever. When I asked customer service for help, they told me there was no way to get it faster than the 8 days they offered. They did suggest buying two dresses, which was nice of them, but I found out they also sell on Amazon with next-day shipping for less than the website price. The email support was pretty bad, just generic replies that didn't address my questions at all. So, the dress was great, but next time I'll just buy from their Amazon store—cheaper, faster, and way less hassle with returns and customer service.

    So, I ordered a couple of dresses and they were okay, but nothing to write home about. The shipping was actually faster than I expected, considering they're coming from outside the UK. But man, the refund process was a pain! You have to email them to get a return address, pay for the shipping back, and then they take another 5% - 10% off the refund. Plus, their measurement guides are way off. According to their guides, my friends and I were supposed to be like six sizes bigger than we usually are, and the dresses turned out massive! Stick to your regular size, don't bother with their sizing charts.

    I've shopped on this website a couple times, but their return process is just a headache. It's way too complicated with too many steps. First, they ask for a tracking number, which means you have to use First Class Royal Mail, and that can cost almost as much as the item itself.     Bought a dress online recently. It looked gorgeous in the pictures, and the quality seemed decent, but when I got it, the color was just off and it had way too many sparkles for my taste. Decided to return it with the tags still on. What really got me, though, was their return policy. They made me pay for both return and original shipping. And on top of that, they took 20 bucks off the refund. So, in the end, I basically spent 60 dollars just to try on a dress I didn't even keep. Pretty disappointed and won't be shopping from them again.

    When ordering dresses, it’s a bit tricky. I suggest buying a few sizes because if you get a discount initially, exchanging them will cost you more, including extra postage. The dresses are lovely, but the pleats were a mess when they arrived. They clearly didn’t take care when packing them, which was a bummer. The quality is good otherwise, just be ready to maybe do some ironing or have the pleats fixed.     The sizing is not correct compared to regular sizes and the return process is very hard and costly. They do not offer return labels or pay for return shipping. On top of that, they take a re-stocking fee (at least 10%) if you return more than one dress.
