I didn't end up keeping the dress I ordered, but I still want to share how great the service was. First, I thought about exchanging it, but then changed my mind. The whole process was a breeze. Used the webchat and they were super helpful. Refund came back quickly too. Only issue was the dress sizing was a bit off. I usually wear a size 12 but had to go up to a 16. Now that I know, I'd definitely consider ordering from Ever-pretty again if I need another dress. Overall, really happy with how smooth everything went despite not keeping the dress.

Everything is going well so far. My order came in fairly quickly. I bought various dress styles since I'm not really into dresses, but with a wedding coming up, I decided to try them. The dresses were lovely and well-made. I sent back 3 out of 4 dresses and swapped one for a smaller size. I've just sent the returns and I'm waiting for the new dress. All the communication has been prompt and easy.

I was on the hunt for the perfect dress and ended up ordering four from Ever-Pretty UK, using Klarna to keep things simple. None of the dresses were quite right, so I sent them back through Royal Mail as instructed. Now, here's where things went south. Despite Ever-Pretty UK confirming via email that they'd processed my refund, Klarna says otherwise. Thankfully, Klarna's been awesome, staying in touch and pausing any payments. But Ever-Pretty UK? It's been a nightmare. No refund in sight, and I'm left feeling frustrated. It’s a real shame because Klarna's been nothing short of fantastic, but Ever-Pretty UK seriously dropped the ball.

I returned the ones I didn't like, only to find out returns aren’t free and they wanted to charge a restocking fee. Living in the UK, I knew this wasn’t right and told them so. They said they’d waive the fee as a "goodwill gesture." Not really a favor if it's not legal to charge it in the first place. Ended up paying over £50 for a dress that felt like it should cost around £20. Later found out you can get the same dresses on SHEIN for way cheaper. Wish I’d done my homework before buying.
