    I ordered a dress for my daughter, and she didn't like it at all. Tried to return it, but they said it was a "custom order," which I know isn't true. Feels like they call everything "custom made" just to avoid returns. Honestly, their return policy is misleading. I also bought a few other dresses, and they took forever to get here—over a month! They even arrived after the event I needed them for. Couldn't return those either. This company is not worth the hassle. Will definitely warn others to stay away from Ever Dress. Super disappointed with the whole experience.

    I ordered four dresses, hoping at least a few would be perfect for my event. Out of all of them, only one fits right and works for what I need. I tried to return the other three, but it’s been a hassle. Sent two emails asking for a return label and got no response at all. It’s really annoying to think I might lose $150 just because they can’t bother to reply. It’s not like I’m asking for much, just some basic customer service. This whole situation is really frustrating and making me rethink buying from them again.

    I bought a dress, but the sizes run super small and it didn't fit. Sent it back following their instructions, like making sure the label was easy to see and sending proof of posting with a picture of the Royal Mail receipt and tracking number. After 5 days and several emails, they finally said they got the parcel and I'd get my refund in 5-10 business days. Well, it's been 3 weeks and after 4 more emails, still no refund. This whole process has been such a headache. Definitely won't be ordering from them again!

    I can't believe what a mess the refund process is! I sent my item back, and had to show proof by sending a copy of the receipt. Luckily, I paid for tracking and saw it arrived on November 19th. But I never got an email confirming they received it. When I tried emailing them, my messages kept bouncing back saying the email isn't in use anymore. I even tried calling, but, surprise, the phone number is out of service too! Now I have no idea what to do next. This is so frustrating!

    Uncomfortable and insulted

    Oh gosh, I recently bought 5 dresses for a big ceremony. Didn't know which style would suit me, so thought I'd just return the ones that didn't fit. But the return process is a nightmare! You have to email customer service and wait for them to respond. When they finally did, they asked for my height, weight, and measurements! Can you believe it? Asking for personal info like that is just not okay. Felt really uncomfortable and insulted. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Dresses do not resemble the pictures at all. They arrived with stains and the fabric is really bad quality. After some back and forth about getting my money back, they said they would refund the shipping cost and not charge me a restocking fee. I got a refund today, but they have taken my money for the restocking fee, and I still haven't gotten my PayPal shipping refund. I will let you know if I get my money back; if not, I will be telling trading standards about them.

    I recently bought a dress from this store and it was a nightmare. They sent me something totally different from what I ordered. I even emailed them photos to prove it, but they insisted it was the right dress. It looked nothing like the one I picked. They refused to give me a refund or exchange it. Then, to top it off, they said I had to pay for the return shipping. I mean, the dress was already super expensive! This whole experience was just awful.     In my view, the company's dresses appear cheap and of poor quality. Since they lack physical stores, I had to order online. However, I found the return process inconvenient as I had to pay for it myself instead of using prepaid labels. Additionally, I was surprised by the restocking fee, which I wasn't informed about beforehand.     I picked up this gorgeous dress for a wedding, super excited to wear it. Heard some mixed stuff about Ever Pretty, so I played it safe and got it through Amazon, even though Ever Pretty was the seller. Yodel dropped it off today, and when I tore open the plastic pack, there were water drops inside. Like, the whole thing was wet. The dress was just drenched. Beyond disappointed with Ever Pretty. Thought they'd have better quality control or something.

    I ordered something and it never showed up. When I emailed the company about it, they just said I should contact the Chinese courier they used. Turns out, the email address for the courier didn't even work and there was no phone number to call. The company basically shrugged and said it wasn't their problem, even though they picked the courier. I was left to figure it out on my own. Really frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

    Avoid if you can!

    I’ve ordered from this place twice now, and both times have been a disaster. Orders are always late, and getting in touch with anyone is a nightmare. The staff, who look like they just graduated high school, don't seem to know what they're doing. It’s so frustrating! I’ve been waiting for my order for two weeks and still nothing. This place is totally unprofessional and I’m seriously regretting giving them a second chance. Avoid if you can!

    too big size

    I ordered a dress thinking my usual size would fit, but it turned out way too big. Trying to return it was such a hassle! They actually make you measure the dress yourself and send them the details before they'll even think about a return. Plus, they charge a fee to send stuff back.     Got a dress for a wedding coming up, and honestly, the postage cost was ridiculous. Paid nearly £15 just to try it on!     I've been dealing with this company since the start of the year, trying to resolve an issue, but haven't heard back. Frustrating, to say the least. I even did an interview review for them and was promised a complimentary dress. Months later, still nothing. It’s disappointing. They don't seem reliable and definitely lack integrity. Wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

    I can't reach anyone by phone, chat, or email to check on my returned dresses. It's been 11 days, and there's still no update on getting my money back (almost £200!). I just need my refund! I have the postage receipt. I sent something back to a different company on the same day, and they refunded me in 3 days.

    I am having a problem with their website...is it just me? I select the dresses and am then unable to see more info or change the image of the dress. It's a pity because I really like a couple. I don’t have these kinds of problems on other web sites.
