    I've been dealing with Envita's team

    I've been dealing with Envita's team since the beginning. Every person I spoke to on the phone made sure I had their name and number so I could reach out with any questions or concerns. I've called them many times, and each time they picked up right away. I never had to leave a message for them to call me back. The staff at Envita seems really caring.

    The Envita customer service

    The Envita customer service rep was super helpful and knew a lot. I was happy to hear about the program for Lyme, but really bummed out when I heard the cost. It's annoying to have a solution nearby and no way to pay for it.

    Great programs from what I can see, but sadly not within our budget. A 1200 mile trip might be harmful to my wife's health. Both ladies I spoke with were very nice and helpful. Wishing everyone all the best.

    Great programs here

    Great programs here, but sadly out of our budget. A 1200 mile road trip could be stressfull for my wife. Very helpful advice from both ladies I talked to. Best wishes to all.

    A lot of the information on Lyme disease

    A lot of the information on Lyme disease was repetitive and said the same thing over and over. It would be much better if you could provide a plan for people who have limited options and resources.

    We moved to AZ so a family member could get treatment for esophageal cancer. When her health got worse, we were told the treatment was "working" and that it was "normal." After 3 months of confusion, we were told her CT scan showed a "37% reduction of the cancer," but her oncologist back home said the cancer was actually WORSE and SPREADING. Envita misled us just to keep taking our money. Even if it meant she would die far from home and family.

    This company offers high costs with little to no real value. People are pushed into taking out loans or risking their homes, which can hurt their families in the long run. It doesn’t seem like a fair business model unless you’re really wealthy. No thanks, you continue serving the rich while the rest of us will find other ways.

    I was really happy with the consult, but I was very let down by the treatment for Lyme and care at Envita. It was a big disapointment!! They gave me medications that I was allergic to. They put me on a gallbladder medication I haven’t needed in 10 years. They didn’t bother getting my medical records, so they were clueless the whole time. The doctors didn’t listen to me or care about my pain; they didn’t do much to help with my symptoms. It took seven weeks to get a medication for nausea/vomiting. This is just the start of the mistakes at Envita.

    Didn’t get the details I was promised. Company rep couldn't share any success rates but kept talking about how great and helpful the treatment was. It felt sketchy.
