Really terrible! And really bad customer service. Do your self a favour and chose another company. There are lots to chose from.

Expensive price low quality

The print was very poor for the price point, its printed on card which I could’ve just done at home. The actually print design is lovely but not as great as it looks online, there is also a large white border which ruins the look. The price point for shipping is also very extortionate and it was also very late from when I got the expected dispatch date. I wouldn’t buy from desenio again.

I made a request for assistance for payment problems, no one contacted me again and that's why I'm here to advise against the company - at the moment. Sorry because years ago I purchased with pleasure and in 2025 such problems with payment and zero assistance in a giant are serious! I still hope to be contacted again and to resolve, right now I can only give a bad review. If I solve it I will gladly update.

Plenty of art to pick from and the different frame and size options were good. I really appeciate being able to toggle between inches and cm (I go by inches). One small thing – delivery not costing extra is cool, but I didn't find a way to pick faster shipping. If it’s not an option, a quick message saying so would be nice. Other than that, I enjoy the site and what it sells.

I liked that I could preview how different frames looked on the posters right on the website before I bought them. Putting it together was simple. The gallery looks great. Now, I’m back to order more for my laundry room and pantry.

The poster we bought was bright, cheap and perfect for a baby’s room! It arrived quickly and looked just like the picture online. The colors were nice and it fit the space really well. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy from this company again. The whole process was simple and the quality was good for the price. Definitely a good choice for decorating a nursery.

I really like the site because it has lots of choices and the cost for the prints and frames is very low! I got six prints and frames in different sizes for a gallery wall and I'm really happy with them. At first I thought the low price might mean poor quallity, but they look great! The shipping was really fast! I would order again and suggest it to others.

The frames cost more than I expected, but poster prices are fair, mainly when they have discounts from 40 to 50% off, which happens often. It's handy to sign up for their newsletter, so you don’t need to visit the site all the time.

Sweet artwork for my little one's room. I got the tree houses, and the paper and print quality is decent for the discounted price. I wouldn’t pay the full price, but I’d definitely consider buying other items if they’re on sale. I’m happy with what I got.

I just got my second poster from Desenio and it’s at the framers right now. The quality is really good and there is a huge variety to pick from. I’m excited to see how they will make the room look once they’re up on the wall.

It is quite good!

It is quite good! I wish I could swap pictures often in the same frame. Also, an extra flat box for storing multiple pictures would be great. Besides that, the frame is good, the plexiglass is sturdy, and the quality of the picture is really nice.

We just got our 3 prints from Desenio. The prints and frames look great, the delivery was fast, and the packaging was fantastic! I'm ready to visit the website again and get more images for my office.
