BitMart.com

Einfacher einstieg, viele coins

Registrierung leicht, App übersichtlich. Beim Einstieg mochte ich die schnelle Suche und die Favoriten. Damals war Copy auch simpel zu finden, guter Flow.

Vorher gut, jetzt langsam

Patient but slow responses

Support verified my identity again and processed the withdrawal later. Tone was polite and instructions were clear. The timing felt slow compared to earlier days.

Broad past, cautious present

Trading used to be smooth with frequent launches. Now, I faced extra KYC and slower processing to exit. Support confirmed queues and gave timelines, which slipped. The app is familiar, but focus now is migration, not trading.

Once lively, now wind down

Signup was easy years ago and listings were broad. Since the wind down, withdrawals need manual review and device checks. Funding out worked but slower. If you still have funds, request history and move step by step.

Ticket replies sporadic

Asked about withdrawal queue position. Got a reply two days later. Polite, just slow during wind down.

Exported history relief

Clicked export trades, saw the CSV arrive in mail. Tiny sigh of relief in a messy period.

Mixed feelings these days

I felt uneasy waiting for manual checks. Relieved once funds hit. Past experience was fine, now it’s about exits.

support answered, slower pace

Asked about queue status. Reply came next day, polite and informative with a timeline estimate. Eventually processed as stated.

address whitelist moment

Tried sending to a fresh address and got flagged. Mild panic, then approval came through and the transaction moved.

nostalgia with caveats

I liked the listings and copy trading back then. Today I’m just extracting funds. It’s work, but doable.

easy once, slower now

Back in the day, signup and trading were simple with lots of listings. Since the wind-down, withdrawals need patience and extra checks. Still, the app layout remains familiar.

migrating funds experience

Requested a withdrawal and hit manual review, then address screening. It cleared after extra verification. Communication was measured but not instant. The exchange used to be snappy for deposits and trading; current priority is just exiting cleanly.

orderly but slower

I felt cautious yet relieved when the withdrawal landed. The wind-down process is methodical, just not fast.

Fun for alt hunting

If you like odd tickers, this is a playground. I keep withdrawals frequent to sleep better. Works fine most days.

Quick start to withdrawal

I registered, tried copy trading, and cashed a small gain. Crypto withdrawal landed within minutes. The experience was smooth and predictable for me.

Happy with tools

Copy trading and grid bots worked as expected. I felt satisfied with fills and the app stability through a busy week.

Helpful but delayed

Support explained a withdrawal review and released it later. Professional and clear, just slower than I hoped during a listing spike.

Listings galore, fair fees

Signup is quick, spot fees are near 0.1%, and futures are competitive. Wide token selection is the hook. Security history is noted.

This company is terrible!!! Everything went wrong.

This company is terrible!!! Everything went wrong. I reached out to the email on my picture and got my €20,000.

They took my RUNE and wont give it back.

They took my RUNE and wont give it back. Cant even reach support, no live chat, and tickets dont work. Avoid this companny.

fee is more than binance, kucoin, and maxc.

fee is more than binance, kucoin, and maxc. the copy trading system is not good, seems strange and not trustworty. i don’t feel safe putting a lot of money here. they need to learn from maxc exchange, which is stil better than bing x.

I'm really pleased with the help from our Agents.

I'm really pleased with the help from our Agents. They are quick and ready to help. I really enjoy being part of the Bitmart company. I'm so glad to be a Bitmart account holder. Thanks Bitmart.

Bitmart has been my go-to trading platform for a long time.

Bitmart has been my go-to trading platform for a long time. Their customer service is better than any of the other exchanges I use. I love the wide range of tokens available to trade. The security is really solid. The API works great for connecting to bot platforms. I also enjoy using their BMX tokens for paying trading fees. The only thing I think they could improve is making it easier to sync trade, deposit, and withdrawal history with tax reporting software, but I can always get that info as a CSV file from support. Keep it up!

So far, my experience with BitMart has

So far, my experience with BitMart has been quite positive, including its Customer Support. As someone who cares about privacy, the only issue I have is the withdrawal limit before reaching KYC level 2. Other than that, it’s a solid exchange.

Kolejka i spokojne wyjaśnienie

Kolejka wypłat wydłużyła czas, ale konsultant wyjaśnił powód i przewidywany termin. Pytanie zamknięto, środki przyszły. Obyło się bez spięcia.
