Great service, simple to use
Great service, simple to use, and really supportive. The instructions for pick-up and drop-off were clear. They even assisted when I was stopped by the police for a wrong turn. I will most likely use again when I am in Marrakesh.

United Car Split charged us 450 euros for
United Car Split charged us 450 euros for a tiny 2 mm scratch, even though we had full insurance. We had to pay first and then contact the insurance later. When we returned the car, the man took 60 photos but strangely didn't have any of the car when we picked it up. We couldn’t prove that the scratch was already there. The car was in poor condition, and while we took photos of the obvious damages, the tiny 2 mm scratch was missed. Avoid this company. It's better to pay a little more at a larger rental company than risk ruining your trip.

I rented a car in Marrakech, Morocco. When I returned the car, they charged me extra for washing it. The amount they asked for was way too high compared to usual prices. The staff was not nice and acted unkindly. Next time, I’ll make sure to pick a beter car rental company than this one.

Rented a car this summer 2024 in Split for 2 weeks. I had to pay much more than expected at the pickup because they refused my credit card for the deposit and forced me to pay for insurance (878€ instead of 423€). This is Europe, people... please stop the dishonest tricks. Avoid at all costs. I’ve never had such a bad experience with these crooks! That's the truth.

This is the worst agency I’ve dealt with in Morocco. They charged me $150 just because my international bank card didn’t say credit on it. They’re just looking to take your money. I don’t suggest using them.
