I’ve been waiting for 6 days now despite their claim of 1-2 business days for a reply. The customer service reps are friendly but cannot actually solve the problem, so I don't see the point of their answering the phone.

My experience with "Joana" via email at Segpay was terrible. Live support was vastly superior. Considering the email ordeal, I've decided to delete my account to avoid any future interactions with Segpay.
