No Refund & Shocking customer service
NO REFUND, do not order from this company! I ordered multiple dresses to try on for my university graduation, sadly none of them suited or fitted correctly, probably due to it being my first OhPolly order and me not being familiar with their sizing. I therefore packaged up the dresses neatly and returned them to the In-Post locker, and of course was satisfied that I done everything to return them to the company safely. By the time my parcel had arrived at their warehouse they refused me a refund and sent through images of some other garments saying that I had swapped out the dresses. I had never before seen these other garments. I of course was shocked, and alerted them to the fact that the dresses must have been stolen in transit… That or more sinisterly the company is scamming people for money! I have never before worried about returning an item online, and I have never run into this issue, it has completely put me off ordering online again! Their customer service is a joke, no phone number and you receive replies from multiple people. They say they ‘investigated’ my complaint, but they can’t have been very diligent! and after two weeks still told me that I wouldn’t receive a refund, and that impossibly the parcel is my responsibility up until it reached their warehouse! How can I be responsible for a parcel no longer in my possession! I’m now having to take up the issue separately with In-Post and my bank account. Do not order from OhPolly, you’ll regret it! I can now see from other trustpilot reviews that other people have had similar issues, Absolutely appalling!
