I am relieved to read other reviews from people who have faced the same awful treatment from NARP as I have. I thought I was all alone. Please do not waste your money on this 'program.' If you want to see what the 'meditations' or 'shifts' are like, then check out the free content on Melanie's youtube page. She guides you through a shift for free, and that is honestly all the program consists of, with just a few changes. Please do not be fooled into buying this program like I was because you are promised support from the forum. The forum is entirely toxic. It feels like a dreadful Orwellian space where freedom of speech does not exist. I think if Melanie truly cared about women as she claims, she would offer this program for free. She does not. She is focused on money. It’s hard to describe, but the forum is so, so toxic. You have to agree to dozens of caveats saying you won’t say ANYTHING BAD about Melanie or the program not working. If you do, you are treated like dirt, talked down to, and banned. I hardly need to mention how upsetting this is for women already hurt after narcissistic abuse. When I shared my worries in an email, I just get brushed off and told I need to ‘turn inwards.’ I also was told they have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is nice, except the forum pushes you to ‘keep shifting’ well beyond thirty days, and that’s how they take your money. This program has not helped me 'heal' or achieve a 'soul graduation.' I am still in love with the narcissist who left me 1.5 years ago after 'shifting' diligently, at least once a day for over a year. I’m glad to say I have ignored and blocked his attempts to suck me back in, but this program has been of no help. I bought it because I was very distressed. It only added to my distress. Shame on Melanie Tonia Evans and anyone connected with her. She disgusts me.

Melanie’s NARP program really works. There’s no question about it. She’s the only one I know who frames the pain of Narcissistic relationships in the Quantum field and approaches it from that angle. This isn’t just an intellectual exercise. I already practiced prayer and metaphysical healing regularly—nothing was working. Regarding her credentials, Melanie’s real-life experience DOES make her capable of helping others, and she IS effective. We shouldn’t ignore natural healing abilities just because formal education doesn't recognize them. I completely get what I’ve read in those negative reviews about not being allowed to speak. Many individuals just want to keep sharing their victim narrative over and over and never have enough practice or repetition of it. Thankfully, I already engaged in self-reflection and honesty—so I see the 'narrative' for what it is—not WHO I am, but what I’ve gone through. I learned not to keep defining myself by the trauma. When abuse is the only story people tell about themselves, they aren’t ready to heal. That fixed mindset can harm those trying to detox from the internal sorrow they experience while healing. It’s like someone insisting on bringing wine to an AA meeting. It must be removed from the healing environment and addressed elsewhere. Melanie's work heals. No doubt. And it heals fast. Healing goes progressively deeper. We can be as whole as we choose. We can just recover from the trauma, or we can truly FLOURISH beyond our previous 'base' level and discover genuine cosmic wholeness. Jesus faced criticism too. Those He helped turned on Him as well. Melanie assists people who are ready to be supported and willing to let go of their narrative, just like Jesus did. Unlike conventional cognitive 'therapy,' she doesn’t sit around to listen to the story of abuse, trying to find answers WITHIN the narrative. Melanie acknowledges the story better than anyone. However, she does this to encourage people to delve deeper and see their authentic inner selves—not as victims of others. That transformation doesn’t occur when people are compelled to repeat their story in defense of it. The healing centers on the light, not the darkness. It’s the light that needs to become familiar. Melanie is very gracious to assist everyone.

I quit smokin' after my 2nd healin' 'cause my subconscious showed me the trauma behind it. Within 12 weeks of startin', I closed on my 1st home. I never planned to buy a home and never thought I had the resources. It stopped me from ruminatin' and lifted me outta victimization. Negative reviews all blame others. In NARP, you gotta take responsibility for YOU to heal. The narcissist won't change, Melanie gives you tools to clean yourself up. YOU gotta do the work. I paid $149USD initially and it's the best investment. Never felt pushed to buy more programs. Appreciate Melanie's generosity in upgradin' programs at no extra cost. I got Shift's Happen and Speedy Shifts program 'cause I'm done with narcissistic abuse and ready for breakthroughs. I recommend this to anyone ready to heal and open to this work.

I've been a NARP member for a while. The relief I got from doing the modules was immense. I use her NARP modules along with meditation and both tools have literally transformed my life. Recently, I've been feeling the need to continue shifting and doing the speedy shifts were great but wanted to get access to the Source Healing And Resolution module for the speedy shifts for faster resolution! Melanie is an Angel on Earth. She speaks truth and her message resonates deeply within me. Her tools are empowering unlike anything else you can find out there. I love her authenticity and her tough love and her true desired of helping us evolve with Quantum tools.

I was seeking a community with shared experiences, but I found myself skeptical of this company. The founder's story lacks credibility, and the technique seems to emerge from nowhere without proper credentials. The focus on the founder rather than the participants is off-putting. The material feels reminiscent of familiar programs but with a mix of new age concepts that didn't resonate with me. Moreover, the presenter's voice didn't help create a relaxing atmosphere. Despite this, the written content on Narc abuse is insightful and relatable. However, I still recommend seeking help from licensed professionals like therapists trained in EMDR or Somatic Experiencing for real healing.
