Ordered a custom baseball cap and paid an extra $5 to get it in a box instead of a plastic bag. They did use a box, but it was way too small—like trying to fit a basketball in a shoebox. The cap got all squished up. Even if it hadn't been messed up by the small box, the bill was all wonky—sticking out more on one side and sloping down on the other. Tried to get in touch with customer service, but it's impossible. The support form just glitches and won’t let you submit anything. And "Contact Us"? Same story. Avoid this company!

On top of that, the bill is bent – higher on one side and lower on the other. When I tried to contact them about it, their support system is completely broken. You can't even submit the form because it keeps glitching. Then, when you try "Contact Us," it does the same thing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Got an email saying they couldn't verify my address, but I've never had issues with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL before. It's just frustrating. I’m definitely not recommending this company to anyone. I’m calling my bank in the morning to get my money back since customer service has been no help at all. This company is awful, their customer service is a joke, and they’re just scamming people. I plan to share this experience on my YouTube channel, Instagram, Twitch, and anywhere else I can think of. With over a million subscribers, people need to know to avoid this company. Also, I've noticed a lot of their five-star reviews seem fake. If I could give negative stars, I would.

They're all fake and cheat American customers out of millions of dollars every year. Yet that idiot in the governor's mansion won't stop them from cheating us. The alleged CEO is Liam Nelson (yeah, no Neeson), but you can't find him anywhere on legitimate business sites. It's CRICKETS. Do yourself a favor and absolutely DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. They're bring investigated for their fraud and I hope those who've had awful experiences with these cheats get their money back. If not, please ensure that you advise your friends and family to be very careful when ordering online. America will DEFINITELY NOT PROTECT YOU.

I tried contacting Macorner customer service for an update and was sent an automated message that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's been well over 48 hours, and I have not heard back. Based on the website's shipping time guidelines, I should be receiving the parcel in four days, which seems unlikely. Worst is just the poor customer service. If Macorner cared about their customers, they would get a better courier or respond to their customer queries.
