Honestly, the experience with this company was a nightmare. They offered a tempting discount on a one-year SEO service subscription, which seemed like a great deal at first. But after just two months, they vanished, taking our money and leaving us hanging. In November 2024, they declared bankruptcy without any warning, and all our business plans for the year went up in smoke. It feels like they tricked us into trusting them, only to ditch us when we needed them most. Investing our time, money, and hopes into their service was a huge mistake. If anyone has successfully reported them to the Pennsylvania Attorney General, please share. We're desperate for some justice here.

My once-thriving business took a hit when they let my website go down for weeks. The site they built barely works and is riddled with spelling errors. Communication is a nightmare; I’ve been trying to reach anyone for months but no one responds. Their phones don’t work half the time, and their own website is often down. If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously thinking about legal action. Just look at all the one-star reviews. It’s clear they’ve scammed many others too.

I had a terrible experience with Jumpto1. They promised me a fully functional website and effective SEO services and took $5488 from me, but nothing ever materialized. It's honestly a scam. I was in touch with someone named Billy Chen, but now he’s vanished without a trace. I've already filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and I think others should do the same to prevent this from happening to more people. Does anyone happen to know where Billy Chen is? It’s really frustrating to be taken advantage of like this. Be careful and stay away from Jumpto1.

I wish I could give zero stars. We had a terrible experience with Jumpto1 and ended our relationship with them. But when we tried to get our data back, we found out they just shut down without any notice or warning. It was a total mess, leaving us with our hosting and vital data stuck with them. I can't believe how awful my experience was. They took my money for half a year and did almost nothing in return. Not a single new client came from their so-called efforts. When I decided to cut ties, they just vanished. I asked for my website details, but they ignored me. Now my site is locked and redirects to some weird barterup4biz.com page. It's ridiculous! I paid $4000 to this company and it's been a nightmare since. My project manager said he got COVID in November, so I gave him some time to recover. Now it's January, and I've called every week for updates. Every time, they tell me they'll assign a new project manager who will contact me by end of the day – but no one ever does. On my fourth call, they told me their system is being updated. I'm at my wit's end and just want my website done. This has been super frustrating and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
