    I really like the found app.

    I really like the found app. As a young entrepreneur, it's been really helpful. Since I'm new to this business, there are weeks when I'm living paycheck to paycheck. The $2 cash deposit at local stores is cheaper than other money apps out there, except maybe cash app, but they've given me lots of trouble. The people at Found are really good people. It's not just a money app but an educating tool too. It's not just a digital bank. But a tool we can learn from. My only complaint would be the high cost of some premium features. I think you're charging way too much for that. Especially for us just starting out, like I said. But besides that, it's my favorite app.

The pounds have been shedding, and I feel fantastic. The only hiccup? There's no maintenance plan once you hit your goal. It's a bit of a bummer because I’d love to have some guidance on keeping the weight off. Despite that, I wouldn't hesitate to start this journey all over again with Found. They’ve got the weight loss part down, just wish they’d help us stick the landing. But hey, it's been worth it!

    You won't believe how awesome this has been! The team really knows their stuff, from the coaching to the doctors who pick just the right meds for you.     Great success with found

    I've been using Found for a little over a year now and have lost a little over 60 lbs so far with their assistance/guidance. I have struggled with my weight all my life, and they have made it easier to adhere to the program with their coaches and doctors to help you every step of the way.

    I signed up with Found roughly

    I signed up with Found roughly a year back. Having a real medical pro to shoot my questions to and getting quick replies really matters. The price is fair compared to other similar services. I've shed 30% of my body weight without going all-in on some extreme dieting approach.

    My Time With Found Was Really Good At First, I Signed Up And It Was Fast Then I Was Ready To Start. The Medicine Took A Bit More Time To Arrive But Other Than That The Group And Chats Were Great. Everyone Helps Each Other. No Judgement And That Means A Lot To Me.

    They're pretty good.

    They're pretty good. They answer fast. Text and email help a lot! It's a big deal! I'm so tired of calling docs and pharmacies for med mix-ups and delays. Once, my 30-month supply came 30 months late! They're caring when they reach out.

    I've been using this program for a month now, and honestly, my experience hasn't been great. The first provider I talked to was pretty rude and didn't even bother to read my file. On top of that, my prescription got delayed, and somehow my copay was double charged by mistake. For what this service costs, you'd expect better. Customer support is super slow, and when they finally respond, it's like talking to a robot—no empathy at all. It's been a nightmare, and I really regret spending money on this. Just wish I could get my money back because the support experience has been awful.

    The company needs to improve its customer service. When I told the agent about the app taking a while to load, they didn't really try to understand my issue. Instead, they just suggested I get a new phone and update the app. But I already have a new phone and the app is up to date. It's frustrating that they didn't delve deeper into the problem. The app consistently takes about 30 seconds to open, so it would be great if they could work on fixing this issue.

    I feel let down by Found.

    I feel let down by Found. I handed over $600 but got nothing in return. When I reached out for a refund for the extra $348 charge, they brushed me off, giving me only $80 back and keeping the rest without a second thought.

    I couldn't believe how bad this experience was. Right from the start, things went wrong. It took forever just to get an appointment, wasting my money on a membership while waiting. The appointment itself went okay, but after that, it was like they disappeared. I waited another week for a treatment plan, then another week for the medicine. Meanwhile, another monthly fee hit. My insurance denied the medication, so I asked for a prior authorization. A week later, they said they were working on it. Denied again. I asked for a different medicine, heard nothing for over a week. Finally, they sent the second medicine, which was also denied. Again, no prior authorization sent to my insurance. After 2.5 months and $300, I had nothing. No way to contact anyone directly, just useless customer support. To top it all off, they charged me $215 for an "office visit" without warning. I got an email thanking me for paying. Just terrible.

    I decided to try Zepbound through Found, but it was a disaster from start to finish. I made sure Zepbound was covered by my insurance before paying the $200. Joined Found and waited over three weeks for a video call with the doctor. The 30-minute call happened, and he prescribed Zepbound but ignored my reminder about the pre-auth requirement. He assured me his team would handle it, but they never did. A week later, I contacted my insurance, and they confirmed no pre-auth had been submitted. Despite multiple follow-ups, I got a message claiming Zepbound wasn’t covered, which was false. They charged me $30 for the call and then slapped on a $335 claim for an office visit. I asked to cancel and supposedly got a partial refund, but never received the prescription. This company is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

    I signed up for a membership, paid $39, and shared my insurance info. Had a quick telehealth chat on March 24, 2025, with a doc that barely took 11 minutes, and yeah, they recorded it. After waiting over two weeks, my meds hadn't arrived. I kept asking Found what was up, and they said there was some serious holdup. When I asked for the pharmacy name, they told me compounded meds were being discontinued, so no shipping date available. Made me wonder why Found’s still taking patients if they can’t deliver meds. Got an EOB from my insurance showing Found charged a complex visit code for $335, though my call was short. I ended up paying $187 toward my deductible and $189 for meds I never got, plus the membership fee. After lots of back and forth, I got a refund for the meds, but now I'm disputing the billing.

    I can't believe how frustrating this has been. It took my provider two whole months to finally listen to my request about changing my medication. They charged me for the current medication, then a couple of days later, they switched it to the one I wanted and charged me again. When I asked for a refund for the first charge, since I didn't even use that medication, the support staff decided to cancel my new medication instead, without even consulting my doctor. Now, they're sending me the old medication again. This isn't just wrong; it’s potentially harmful for patients. How can they mess up so badly?
